- Motor Or Generator Cooling System (AREA)
Abstract
【解決手段】車両用駆動装置は、駆動力を発生するモータジェネレータと、モータジェネレータと一体に設けられ、モータジェネレータの制御を行なうパワー制御ユニット(PCU)21とを備える。PCU21は、相対的に小さい電圧が印加する低電圧回路部71と、低電圧回路部71よりも車両後方に配置され、相対的に大きい電圧が印加する高電圧回路部75と、車両前後方向において低電圧回路部71と高電圧回路部75との間に配置され、高電圧回路部75を冷却する冷却プレート72とを含む。

Claims (7)
- 駆動力を発生する回転電機と、
前記回転電機と一体に設けられ、前記回転電機の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットとを備え、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、
相対的に小さい電圧が印加する低電圧回路部と、
前記低電圧回路部よりも車両後方に配置され、相対的に大きい電圧が印加する高電圧回路部と、
車両前後方向において前記低電圧回路部と前記高電圧回路部との間に配置され、前記高電圧回路部を冷却する冷却プレートとを含む、車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機を収容するケース体をさらに備え、
前記冷却プレートは、金属から形成され、前記ケース体に対して固定される、請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機を収容し、金属から形成されるケース体をさらに備え、
前記ケース体は、車両前後方向に筒状に延在し、その内側に前記パワー制御ユニットを収容する筒状部を含み、
前記筒状部が車両前方に向けて開口する開口面よりも車両後方側に、前記冷却プレートおよび前記高電圧回路部が配置される、請求項1または2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機として、前記パワー制御ユニットにより互いに異なる制御が行なわれる第1回転電機および第2回転電機が設けられ、
前記第1回転電機および前記第2回転電機は、前記第2回転電機の回転軸が前記第1回転電機の回転軸よりも車両後方側にずれるように配置され、
前記第2回転電機の車両前方側に前記パワー制御ユニットが配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第1回転電機を収容する第1ケース体と、
前記第2回転電機および前記パワー制御ユニットを収容し、前記第1ケース体と車両幅方向に隣り合って配置され、前記第1ケース体に連結される第2ケース体とをさらに備え、
車両前後方向における前記第1ケース体の前端よりも車両後方側に、前記冷却プレートおよび前記高電圧回路部が配置される、請求項4に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記高電圧回路部は、前記回転電機とバッテリとの間で、直流電圧および交流電圧を相互に変換するインバータと、電圧の昇圧および降圧を行なうコンバータとを含み、
前記低電圧回路部は、前記インバータおよび前記コンバータに制御信号を送る制御装置を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機および前記パワー制御ユニットは、車両前方に設けられたエンジンルームに搭載される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
