Description
本発明は水素精製モジュールに関し、より詳しくは、単位セルを含み、各単位セルは水素を透過させる金属膜を含み、単位セルはフィッティングで結合されている水素精製モジュールに関する。
水素精製モジュールは、水素を含有する混合ガス又は改質された低純度の水素を高純度の水素に精製する装置である。水素精製モジュールは、ガソリン、エタノール、メタノール及び天然ガスなどの炭化水素燃料を改質することにより生成された改質ガス、低純度の一般的な水素、又は水素を含有する混合ガスから、純粋水素のみを選択的に抽出することにより超高純度の水素を製造する機能を有する。
したがって、本発明は前述した従来技術の問題点に考慮してなされたものであり、本発明の目的は、熱損失及び精製水素の漏洩がなく、組立が簡便でコンパクトに構成できる水素精製モジュールを提供することにある。
本発明の前記及びほかの目的、特徴及び利点は、添付図面とともに以下の詳細な説明から、より明らかに理解できる。
図1は、本発明による水素精製モジュールの単位セルの分解斜視図である。
図2は、図1に示す水素精製モジュールの単位セルの断面図である。
図3は、図2に示す単位セルのフィッティングを介して連結した単位水素精製モジュールの断面図である。
図4は、図3に示す単位水素精製モジュールの並列組み合わせによる本発明の水素精製モジュールの断面図である。
図5は、図4に示す水素精製モジュールを設けた水素分離反応器の斜視図である。
以下、添付図を参照して例示として本発明をより詳細に説明する。
図1は、一対の金属膜10、金属支持リング20及び多孔板30を示す斜視図であり、図2は、上記一対の金属膜10、金属支持リング20、多孔板30及びフィッティング40からなる単位セルの拡大断面図である。
Claims (6)
- 複数の単位セルを含み、
各単位セルは、水素のみを選択的に透過させる2つの金属膜(10)と、前記金属膜の間に設けられ金属膜を支持するように拡散接合によりその両面において金属膜と結合された金属支持リングであって金属膜を透過した水素が流通し得るように半径方向の孔が設けられている金属支持リング(20)と、前記金属膜を透過した水素が流通し得るように金属膜の間に設けられた多孔板(30)と、前記多孔板中の水素を流通させる水平孔(41)及び該水平孔に垂直に配置され、かつ該水平孔に連結されているフィッティング穴(44)を含む、前記金属支持リングの端部に取り付けられたフィッティング(40)とを含み、
前記の個々のフィッティングは、前記個々のフィッティング中に収集された水素が水素生成物ラインを介して排出されるように相互に連結されている、
水素精製モジュール。 - 2 つ以上の単位水素精製モジュールを含み、
各単位水素精製モジュールは複数の単位セルからなり、
各単位セルは、水素のみを選択的に透過させる2つの金属膜と、前記金属膜の間に設けられ金属膜を支持するように拡散接合によりその両面において金属膜と結合された金属支持リングであって金属膜を透過した水素が流通し得るように半径方向の孔が設けられている金属支持リングと、前記金属膜を透過した水素が流通し得るように金属膜の間に設けられた多孔板と、前記多孔板中の水素を流通させる水平孔(41)及び該水平孔に垂直に配置され、かつ該水平孔に連結されているフィッティング穴(44)を含む、前記金属支持リングの端部に取り付けられたフィッティング(40)とを含み、
複数の単位セルの前記の個々のフィッティングは、相互に連結してユニットモジュールを構成し、かつ 2 つ以上のユニットモジュールは、 2 つ以上のユニットモジュールの個々のフィッティング中に収集された水素が水素生成物ラインを介して排出されるように相互に並列に配置されている、
水素精製モジュール。 - 前記単位モジュール数は4つである請求項2に記載の水素精製モジュール。
- 前記金属支持リングとフィッティングとの結合は溶接またはロウ付けで行われている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の水素精製モジュール。
- 前記フィッティングはレジューサーまたはユニオンである請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の水素精製モジュール。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の水素精製モジュールを設置するハウジングと、
前記水素精製モジュールに混合ガスを供給するための水素精製モジュールに連結された流入管と、
前記水素精製モジュールによる精製水素を排出するための水素精製モジュールに連結された水素生成物ラインと、
前記水素精製モジュールに連結され、前記混合ガスの残存ガスを排出するためのラフィネート排出口と
を含む水素分離反応器。
