Claims (2)
- それぞれ回路基板上に配置形成され、第1半導体増幅素子を有する第1高周波増幅回路部と、第2半導体増幅素子を有する第2高周波増幅回路部と、前記第1高周波増幅回路部と前記第2高周波増幅回路部とをマイクロストリップラインによって従属接続する接続部と、前記第1高周波増幅回路部と前記接続部と前記第2高周波増幅回路部とをシールドするシールド筐体とを備え、
前記シールド筐体は、前記第1半導体増幅素子、前記マイクロストリップライン及び前記第2半導体素子を挾むような位置に、対向配置される側壁の内部間隔を狭くした幅狭部分が形成され、前記シールド筐体により導波管が形成されていることを特徴とする高周波増幅器。 - 前記側壁の幅狭部分の内部間隔は4mm以上で5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波増幅器。
