Description
具体的に、サンプルの有機EL素子の複数を作製して、その発光特性を評価した。
有機ゲスト材料XTに代えてりん光性有機ゲスト材料として、同条件で2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octaethyl-21H,23H-porphine Platinum (II)(いわゆるPtOEP)を用いた以外は、実施例1と全く同様に素子を作製した。
Claims (12)
- 前記陽極及び前記正孔輸送間に、正孔注入層が配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記陰極及び前記電子輸送層間に電子注入層が配されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記りん光性の有機ゲスト材料のMが白金であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記りん光性の有機ゲスト材料が下記構造式(3)
- 前記りん光性の有機ゲスト材料のMが、イリジウムであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記りん光性の有機ゲスト材料が下記構造式(4)
- 前記りん光性の有機ゲスト材料のMが、イリジウムであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記りん光性の有機ゲスト材料が下記構造式(5)
