図3は本発明の第1実施例に係る電流検出回路を示す。本発明の第1実施例に係る電流検出回路は、変流器CT、抵抗R1、ダイオードD1、キャパシタC1、演算増幅器OA、およびツェナーダイオードZD1を含む。
図5は本発明の第2実施例に係る電流検出回路を示す。本発明の第2実施例に係る電流検出回路は、変流器CT、抵抗R1、ダイオードD1、キャパシタC1、演算増幅器OA、およびシャント抵抗R2を含む。
図7は本発明の第3実施例に係る電流検出回路を示す。本発明の第3実施例に係る電流検出回路は、変流器CT、抵抗R1、ダイオードD1、キャパシタC1、演算増幅器OA、ツェナーダイオードZD1、およびシャント抵抗R2を含む。
Claims (2)
- 誘導加熱器の負荷電流を測定用の小電流に変成して2次側に出力する変流器と、この変流器の2次側でアノードが入力側に接続されカソードが出力側に接続されているダイオード、および一端が前記ダイオードのカソードに接続され他端が接地されているキャパシタによって入力電流のピーク値を検出し、この検出された電流のピーク値をバッファ部を介して出力し、誘導加熱機器の負荷電流を制御する制御装置に入力する誘導加熱機器用電流検出回路において、
前記ダイオードと前記バッファ部との間に設置され、カソードが前記ダイオードのカソードおよび前記バッファ部の入力端に共通に接続され、アノードが接地され、前記ダイオードの温度変化により生じる逆方向の漏洩電流を補償する為のツェナーダイオードをさらに含むことを特徴とする、誘導加熱機器用電流検出回路。 - 誘導加熱器の負荷電流を測定用の小電流に変成して2次側に出力する変流器と、この変流器の2次側でアノードが接続されカソードが出力側に接続されたダイオード、および一端が前記ダイオードのカソードに接続され他端が接地されているキャパシタによって入力電流のピーク値を検出し、この検出された電流のピーク値をバッファ部を介して出力し、誘導加熱機器の負荷電流を制御する制御装置に入力する誘導加熱機器用電流検出回路において、
前記ダイオードと前記バッファ部との間に設置され、カソードが前記ダイオードのカソードおよび前記バッファ部の入力端に共通に接続され、アノードが接地され、前記ダイオードの温度変化により生じる逆方向の漏洩電流を補償する為のツェナーダイオードと、一端が前記ダイオードのカソードおよび前記バッファ部の入力端に共通に接続され、他端が接地されているシャント抵抗とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、誘導加熱機器用電流検出回路。
