Claims (3)
- 캐소드가 입력측에 연결되고 애노드가 출력측에 연결된 다이오드 및 일단이 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되고 타단이 접지되어 있는 캐패시터에 의해 입력 전류의 피크치를 검출하는 전류 검출 회로에 있어서,애노드가 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되고 캐소드가 접지되어 있는 제너다이오드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 검출 회로.
- 캐소드가 입력측에 연결되고 애노드가 출력측에 연결된 다이오드 및 일단이 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되고 타단이 접지되어 있는 캐패시터에 의해 입력 전류의 피크치를 검출하는 전류 검출 회로에 있어서,일단이 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되고 타단이 접지되어 있는 션트 저항을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 검출 회로.
- 캐소드가 입력측에 연결되고 애노드가 출력측에 연결된 다이오드 및 일단이 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되고 타단이 접지되어 있는 캐패시터에 의해 입력 전류의 피크치를 검출하는 전류 검출 회로에 있어서,애노드가 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되고 캐소드가 접지되어 있는 제너다이오드와,일단이 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되고 타단이 접지되어 있는 션트 저항을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 검출 회로.
