Claims (8)
- 自動排出式分離器(16)によって浄化された湿し水を分離した後の汚濁物/湿し水混合物を汚濁物/湿し水容器(24)に給送し、前記汚濁物/湿し水混合物内に残留する湿し水を湿し水収集容器(20)に導入する印刷機の湿し水を浄化する方法であって、
前記汚濁物/湿し水容器(24)内の前記汚濁物/湿し水混合物が汚濁粒子と、湿し水と、油分残滓との層ごとに沈殿分離され、前記湿し水の層がオーバーフロー管(26)によって前記湿し水容器(20)中へ移送されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記オーバーフロー管の流れ中に、上方から浸漬される堤体が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーフロー管の流れ中に、下方から持上可能の堤体を設けていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記堤体が高低位置調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 自動排出式分離器(16)によって浄化された湿し水を分離した後の汚濁物/湿し水混合物を汚濁物/湿し水容器(24)に給送し、前記汚濁物/湿し水混合物内に残留する湿し水を湿し水収集容器(20)に導入する印刷機の湿し水を浄化する装置であって、
前記汚濁物/湿し水容器(24)が、前記汚濁物/湿し水容器(24)内で前記汚濁物/湿し水混合物が汚濁粒子と、湿し水と、油分残滓との層ごとに沈殿分離される内の湿し水の層から延びるオーバーフロー管(26)によって、前記湿し水収集容器(20)と接続されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記オーバーフロー管(26)の流路中に上方から堤体が浸漬されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記堤体が高低位置調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 下方から持上可能の、位置調節可能の堤体が前記オーバーフロー管(26)の流路中に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
