Description
Claims (18)
- 中空器官(1,2)間の吻合を形成するための装置であって、第一中空器官(1)の端部の周囲に配置される内側スリーブ(3)と、
内側スリーブ(3)上に裏返しにされた第1中空器官の端部に第2中空器官の端部をかぶせた後、第二中空器官(2)の端部の周囲に配置される外側スリーブ(4)とを備え、
内側および外側スリーブ(3,4)が、吻合の完了後、取り外せるようそれぞれ分離可能に形成され、
内側スリーブ(3)と外側スリーブ(4)はいずれも外部の電流源や電圧源(9)に接続可能な導電性材料からなり、互いに接合される中空器官(1,2)の電気凝固のための電流や電圧がその導電性材料に供給されることを特徴とする装置。 - 内側スリーブ(3)および/または外側スリーブ(4)が導電性材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 内側スリーブ(3)の外面、および/または、外側スリーブ(4)の内面に、導電性材料から成る、少なくとも1つの接触面(5,6)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 内側スリーブ(3)および外側スリーブ(4)上の接触面(5,6)は円周方向に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 内側スリーブ(3)および/または外側スリーブ(4)は、好ましくは、柔軟に回動可能な部材(それぞれ3’,3”と4’,4”)から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- スリーブ(3,4)の回動可能な部材(3’,3”と4’,4”)は、閉じた状態では互いにかみ合うキャッチ部材(19,20)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 内側スリーブ(3)および/または外側スリーブ(4)は、所定の分解位置(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 外側スリーブ(4)は、ループ状に形成にされたワイヤーから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 内側スリーブ(3)はフィッティング部材(21)を備え、外側スリーブ(4)は補助的な形状のフィッティング部材(22)を備え、フィッティング部材(21)とフィッティング部材(22)とは、電気凝固中に使用される形状に互いにフィットして組み合わされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 内側スリーブ(3)および/または外側スリーブ(4)はポリエチレンなどのプラスチックから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- スリーブ(3,4)の接触面(5,6)はステンレス鋼から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- スリーブ(3,4)の接触面同士のインピーダンスを測定するための装置(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 内側スリーブ(3)および/または外側スリーブ(4)に、温度センサー(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 電流または電圧源(9)に制御手段(10)が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 制御手段(10)はタイムスイッチ(11)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- インピーダンス測定装置(12)は、電流または電圧源(9)、もしくは制御手段(10)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 温度センサー(13)は、電流または電圧源(9)、もしくは制御手段(10)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- スリーブ(3,4)はほぼ円柱状の断面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
