Description
Claims (14)
- モータ装置であって、ステータと、ロータと、該ロータの、固定軸受けに支承された軸とを備えた、モータハウジング内に配置可能なユニットが設けられている形式のものにおいて、射出成形部分が設けられており、該射出成形部分が、外側の環状部分にコネクタ部分を有しており、該コネクタ部分が、ステータのコイルに接続された分岐通電線路と、センサボードに接続されたセンサ線路とを有しており、センサボードが、少なくとも1つのセンサを有しており、射出成形部分が、内側の環状部分を有しており、該環状部分内に固定軸受けが、当該モータ装置の軸出口と軸方向で反対の側に配置されており、分岐通電線路とセンサ線路(2)とが、打抜き格子体の形状を有していて、外側に位置する分離可能なブリッジ部分を介して互いに接続されており、センサボードもしくはステータに通じる領域が、外側の環状部分内に位置固定されているかもしくは埋め込まれていることを特徴とする、モータ装置。
- センサボードが、内側の環状部分に位置固定されている、請求項1記載のモータ装置。
- センサボード(7)が、センサ線路によって保持されており、該センサ線路が、外側の環状部分内に位置固定されている、請求項1または2記載のモータ装置。
- センサボードが、センサと協働する電気的な構成部材を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
- 射出成形部分の外側の環状部分と内側の環状部分との間に少なくとも1つの通路が設けられており、該通路内に分岐通電線路とセンサ線路(2)との端部が、ステータコイルもしくはセンサボードとのコンタクティングのために、封止材料の供給前に接近可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
- コネクタ部分が、外側の環状部分の周面に射出成形により固着されており、分岐通電線路(3)とセンサ線路との領域が、コネクタ部分のボディ内に埋め込まれている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
- コネクタ部分のボディに、半径方向で見て内側に、固定軸受けと反対の側にモータハウジングを密に取り付けるためのかつ/または固定軸受けに面した側にカバー部分を密に取り付けるための環状のシール部材が配置されていて、有利には射出成形により固着されている、請求項6記載のモータ装置。
- 内側の環状部分の軸受け収容部分内に配置された固定軸受けまたは内側の環状部分の当付け面に直接支持された固定軸受けが、内側の環状部分に支持された位置固定部分によって位置固定されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
- ステータの、コネクタ部分に面した側が、コネクタ部分のボディの収容開口内に係合するようになっている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
- 外側の環状部分と内側の環状部分との間の中間室と、該中間室内に配置された、分岐通電線路と、センサ線路と、場合によっては、位置固定部分(15)と、ステータとの領域とが、封止材料によって封止されて互いに位置固定されて、1つのユニットを形成している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
- 封止材料が、ステータの外側およびコネクタ部分と反対の側も取り囲んでいて、位置固定している、請求項10記載のモータ装置。
- 軸と、該軸にコネクタ部分と反対の側で配置された可動軸受けとを備えたロータが、ステータ内に挿入されており、軸の、固定軸受けを貫通した領域が、外側で固定軸受けに、有利には加締めによって固定されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
- モータハウジング(25)が、ステータと可動軸受けとに軸方向で被せ嵌められていて、コネクタ部分のボディに取り付けられていて、該ボディに位置固定されている、請求項12記載のモータ装置。
- カバー部分が、固定軸受けに面した側に配置されていて、固定部分を介して、モータハウジングの、固定軸受けに面した側に結合されている、請求項7から13までのいずれか1項記載のモータ装置。
