Abstract
【解決手段】 珊瑚を清水あるいは水道水で洗浄した後、粉砕した珊瑚を加熱処理する。すると珊瑚骨格中のカルシウム間に蛋白質やその他の有機物が取り込まれていることから、これらの有機物が分解され揮発成分となって逸散する。
有機物が逸散した骨格中には多孔質構造のカルシウム骨格が形成され孔内の表面積が増大する。このような多孔質構造(マイクロポア)になった状態で水素ガスを吸着させることで水素ガスを該構造内に保持させることができる。

上記の式で示したようにヒドロキシラジカルはスーパーオキシドラジカルと比べ強い求核性を示すためである。
乾燥風化珊瑚1kgを水道水で洗浄した後、乾燥して粉砕機によりおおよそ5×5mmの大きさに粉砕し、電気炉で730℃で2時間加熱処理してから密閉容器内で常温にて水素ガスを該珊瑚片に吸着あるいは付着させる。水素ガスを含有した該珊瑚片を製粉機にて微粉として珊瑚粉を得る。
実施例1
乾燥風化珊瑚1kgを水道水で洗浄して天日により乾燥してから粉砕機で乾燥した風化珊瑚をおおよそ5×5mmくらいまで粉砕し、この粉砕した珊瑚を300℃で4時間加熱処理して珊瑚内の有機物を逸散させ、次いで、塩化ナトリウム水溶液の電気伝導度が500μS/cmになるように調製し、毎分1L当り4Aの直流電流を印加して電解して生成した陰極側電解生成水(アルカリイオン水)に該珊瑚を5時間浸漬後乾燥した。乾燥した後、密閉容器内で水素ガスを珊瑚片に吸着(付着)させ製粉機にておおよそ100メッシュほどに粉砕化した。
実施例2
乾燥風化珊瑚1kgを水道水で洗浄して天日により乾燥してから粉砕機で乾燥した風化珊瑚をおおよそ5×5mmくらいまで粉砕し、塩化カリウム水溶液の電気伝導度が500μS/cmになるように調製し、毎分1L当り7Aの直流電流を印加し電解して生成した陰極側電解生成水(アルカリイオン水)に該粉砕珊瑚を5時間浸漬後、この粉砕した珊瑚を800℃で1時間加熱処理して珊瑚内の有機物を逸散させ乾燥させた。乾燥した粉砕珊瑚を密閉容器内で水素ガスを吸着させた後、製粉機にておおよそ100メッシュほどに微粉化しサンプル3とした。
実施例3
乾燥風化珊瑚1kgを水道水で洗浄して天日により乾燥してから粉砕機で乾燥した風化珊瑚をおおよそ5×5mmくらいまで粉砕し、この粉砕した珊瑚を500℃で3時間加熱処理して珊瑚内の有機物を逸散させ、次いで、炭酸水ナトリウム水溶液の電気伝導度が500μS/cmになるように調製し、毎分1L当り7Aの直流電流を印加し電解して生成した陰極側電解生成水(アルカリイオン水)に該粉砕珊瑚を5時間浸漬後乾燥した。乾燥した粉砕珊瑚とゼオライト微粉を1:1の割合で混合したものを密閉容器にて水素ガスを吸着あるいは付着させた後、製粉機にておおよそ100メッシュほどに微粉化しサンプル4とした。
Claims (4)
- 以下の工程1〜工程4からなることを特徴とする補助食品として用いる珊瑚粉の製造方法。
工程1:珊瑚を粉砕する工程。
工程2:粉砕した珊瑚を陰極側電解生成水(アルカリイオン水)に接触せしめる工程。
工程3:前記粉砕した珊瑚を加熱して珊瑚内の有機物を逸散させて水素ガス分子を吸着保持し得るマイクロポアを形成する工程。
工程4:粉砕した珊瑚を水素ガスと接触させ、前記マイクロポアに水素ガスを物理的に吸着保持せしめる工程。 - 以下の工程1〜工程4からなることを特徴とする補助食品として用いる珊瑚粉の製造方法。
工程1:珊瑚を粉砕する工程。
工程2:粉砕した珊瑚を加熱して珊瑚内の有機物を逸散させて水素ガス分子を吸着保持し得るマイクロポアを形成する工程。

工程4:粉砕した珊瑚を水素ガスと接触させ、前記マイクロポアに水素ガスを物理的に吸着保持せしめる工程。 - 請求項1または2に記載の珊瑚粉の製造方法において、前記粉砕した珊瑚を陰極側電解生成水(アルカリイオン水)に接触せしめる工程は、電気伝導度を200〜1000μS/cmに調整した電解質溶液に、毎分1L(リットル)に対して1〜8A(アンペア)の直流を印加して生成した陰極側電解生成水(アルカリイオン水)中に、2〜10時間浸漬することを特徴とする珊瑚粉の製造方法。
- 請求項3に記載の珊瑚粉の製造方法において、前記電解質は塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、塩化カルシウム、塩化マグネシウムのいずれかとすることを特徴とする珊瑚粉の製造方法。
