Claims (3)
- 第1のプレートにそのプレートに沿って延在するよう形成された主流用流路と、
第2のプレートにそのプレートに沿って延在するよう形成された複数本の副流用流路と、
前記第1のプレートおよび前記第2のプレートに重なってそれら第1および第2のプレート間に位置する第3のプレートにその厚み方向へ延在するように形成され、少なくとも一端部に位置する所定配置の複数の開口部が前記複数本の副流用流路に連通するとともに他端部が前記主流用流路に連通し、前記複数本の副流用流路からの流体を互いに合体させて平行流として前記主流用流路内に流入させる副流合体用流路と、
を具えてなる、マイクロリアクター。 - 前記複数の開口部は、前記副流合体用流路の前記一端部に互いに横並びに位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のマイクロリアクター。
- 前記複数の開口部は、前記副流合体用流路の前記一端部に互いに同心に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のマイクロリアクター。
