Claims (5)
- セグメント内に配設される内挿管同士の接合部に継手部材が設けられ、この継手部材は、内挿管の外径よりも大きい内径を有する外側スリーブを備え、この外側スリーブの内面に軸方向に摺動可能とされた内側スリーブが挿入され、この内側スリーブの内径は前記内挿管の内径にほぼ等しく形成されるとともに、外側スリーブ両端近傍の内周面に止水リングが装着され、
内挿管とセグメントとの空隙部は所定長さごとに間仕切壁によって区切られ、この区切られた区間に位置する内挿管の接合部とセグメントとの空隙部にグラウト材が充填される管継手構造において、
前記グラウト材は弾性材料と、この弾性材料の周囲を充填する流動性材料とから構成されていることを特徴とする管継手構造。 - グラウト材を構成する弾性材料は、間仕切壁によって区切られた区間に相当する長さで棒状に形成されて軸方向に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管継手構造。
- 内挿管の外周面には、グラウト材を構成する弾性材料を保持するための複数条のリブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の管継手構造。
- グラウト材を構成する弾性材料は、合成樹脂発泡体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の管継手構造。
- グラウト材を構成する流動性材料は泥土であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4に記載の管継手構造。
