Description
また、上記ブラインドの内周面と上記ベローズの外周面との間の間隔を上記隙間よりも大きく形成したことにより、該ベローズが伸縮時に若干振動しても、ブラインドの内面に接触するのを確実に防止することができる。
また、開閉操作部2が流体圧シリンダとしての構成を備えているが、この開閉操作部2は、電動モーターで上記弁シャフト17を駆動して弁部材15を開閉する方式のものであっても良い。

Claims (3)
- 軸線方向に延びる円形の弁孔を有するバルブハウジングと、このバルブハウジングの一端に軸線方向に設けられて第1開口により上記弁孔に連通する第1ポートと、上記バルブハウジングの側面に軸線と直交する方向に設けられて第2開口により上記弁孔に連通する第2ポートと、上記第1開口の回りに設けられた弁座と、この弁座を開閉する円盤形の弁部材と、この弁部材の背面から弁孔内を軸線方向に延びる弁シャフトと、この弁シャフトを介して上記弁部材を開閉操作する開閉操作部と、上記弁孔内において該弁シャフトの回りを気密に取り囲む伸縮自在のベローズと、上記弁部材の背後にこのベローズの外周を取り囲むように配設されて該弁部材と一緒に変位する円筒形のブラインドとを有し、
上記弁孔は、少なくとも弁部材が閉弁位置からストッパにより決まる最大開放位置に至る間に弁部材及びブラインドが移動する範囲にわたって一定の孔径を有しており、
上記ブラインドは、全長にわたって一定の直径を有していて、基端部が上記弁部材に取り付けられ、先端部は自由端となっており、また、このブラインドの軸方向長さは、上記弁部材の閉弁時に上記第2開口全体を覆い隠し得る長さであり、
更に、上記ブラインドの外周面と上記弁孔の内周面との隙間が、これら両面が相互に非接触の状態を保ち得る範囲内でこの隙間を通じてのベローズ外周部への流体の回り込みを防止可能な程度に可及的に小さく形成され、また、上記ブラインドの内周面と上記ベローズの外周面との間の間隔が上記隙間よりも大きく形成されており、
上記ブラインドが、その基端部に内周側に張り出す円環状の取付部を有し、この取付部を上記弁部材の背面に固定することにより、該弁部材に取り付けられており、
円盤形をした上記弁部材の外径が、上記ブラインドの外径と等しい、
ことを特徴とする真空調圧用バルブ。 - 上記第1ポートが真空チャンバに接続され、第2ポートが真空ポンプに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 上記ブラインドが、外周の一部に軸線方向に延びる切れ目を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバルブ。
