Claims (2)
- 計測対象の信号を理想基準信号と比較することにより、デジタル変調された高周波信号における変調エラーを計測する方法であって、
前記理想基準信号は、計測対象信号のデジタル変調に対して使用された既知のビット及び変調パラメータから計測装置においてローカルに計算され、
振幅がデジタル側において既定のクリップファクタに制限されている信号を計測するべく、この既定のクリップファクタもまた計測装置に入力され、且つ、理想基準信号もまた既定のクリップファクタに制限されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記理想基準信号は、前記計測装置において演算によってローカルに生成され、考慮対象である前記歪関数は、前記計測装置上において手動によって設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
