Description
図1を参照すると、本発明の1実施形態にしたがったデジタル化アナログフロントエンド(DAFE)50が示されている。複合無線信号を受信するアンテナまたはアンテナアレイ57がDAFE50の入力ポート58に接続されている。DAFE50に入るとき、複合信号は所望の周波数帯域の事前選択を行い、狭帯域のジャマーを除去するためにプリセレクタおよび妨害防止フィルタ(PS/AJ)62に入る。PS/AJフィルタ62の出力は電気的に低雑音増幅器(LNA)64の入力に接続されている。PS/AJフィルタ62の事前選択部分は帯域外の妨害、コサイトまたは周囲信号によるLNA64の飽和を減少するため粗い濾波を行う。
Claims (3)
- 受信機の集積回路デジタル化アナログフロントエンド(50)において、
基板(92)と、
前記基板上に配置されて入力信号を供給される妨害防止フィルタ( 62 )と、
前記基板上に配置されて前記妨害防止フィルタ( 62 )の出力に入力が結合されている低雑音増幅器(LNA)(64)と、
前記基板上に配置されて前記低雑音増幅器(LNA)( 64 )の出力に入力が結合されているエイリアス防止フィルタ( 66 )と、
前記基板上に配置されて前記エイリアス防止フィルタ( 66 )の出力に入力が結合されているアナログデジタル変換器(ADC)(68)と、
前記基板上の複数のマイクロ電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチとを具備し、
前記妨害防止フィルタ( 62 )と前記エイリアス防止フィルタ( 66)とは複数のフィルタからなるバンクで構成され、各バンクの個々のフィルタはMEMSスイッチを使用して選択され、
前記妨害防止フィルタ( 62 )はノッチフィルタのバンクで構成され、バンク中の各ノッチフィルタ (112, 114, 116) はそれぞれ異なったジャマー周波数を濾波するように構成され、それらの各ノッチフィルタ (112, 114, 116) はそれと並列に配置されてそのノッチフィルタの入力、出力間を短絡する短絡路を有し、MEMSスイッチによりノッチフィルタとその短絡路のいずれかによる通路が選択され、各ノッチフィルタとその短絡路とよりなる並列回路は直列に接続されて受信されたジャマー周波数を濾波するノッチフィルタがMEMSスイッチを使用して選択されるように構成されているデジタル化アナログフロントエンド。 - 前記アナログデジタル変換器はダイレクトサンプリング/アンダーサンプリングアナログデジタル変換器である請求項1記載のデジタル化アナログフロントエンド。
- 前記ノッチフィルタは操縦可能な中心周波数を有する請求項1記載のデジタル化アナログフロントエンド。
