Abstract
Description
図1を参照すると、本発明の1実施形態にしたがったデジタル化アナログフロントエンド(DAFE)50が示されている。複合無線信号を受信するアンテナまたはアンテナアレイ57がDAFE50の入力ポート58に接続されている。DAFE50に入るとき、複合信号は所望の周波数帯域の事前選択を行い、狭帯域のジャマーを除去するためにプリセレクタおよび妨害防止フィルタ(PS/AJ)62に入る。PS/AJフィルタ62の出力は電気的に低雑音増幅器(LNA)64の入力に接続されている。PS/AJフィルタ62の事前選択部分は帯域外の妨害、コサイトまたは周囲信号によるLNA64の飽和を減少するため粗い濾波を行う。
Claims (9)
- 受信機の集積回路デジタル化アナログフロントエンド(DAFE)(50)において、
基板(92)と、
基板上の低雑音増幅器(LNA)(64)と、
基板上のアナログデジタル変換器(ADC)(68)と、
基板上の複数のマイクロ電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
基板上の少なくとも1つのエイリアス防止フィルタ(66)と、
基板上の少なくとも1つの妨害防止フィルタ(62)とを具備し、
少なくとも1つの妨害防止フィルタと少なくとも1つのエイリアス防止フィルタとのフィルタ特性は、複数のMEMSスイッチのうち少なくとも1つを使用して変更されるDAFE。 - ADCはダイレクトサンプリング/アンダーサンプリングADCである請求項1記載のDAFE。
- 妨害防止フィルタとエイリアス防止フィルタ(66)はフィルタの切換え可能なバンクを含み、各バンクは少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチを使用して選択される請求項1または2記載のDAFE。
- 妨害防止フィルタはノッチフィルタである請求項1、2または3のいずれか1項記載のDAFE。
- ノッチフィルタは操縦可能な中心周波数を有する請求項4記載のDAFE。
- ノッチ帯域幅は0Hzと2MHzとの間で調節可能である請求項5記載のDAFE。
- 妨害防止フィルタはサブ帯域通過フィルタである請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のDAFE。
- さらに、基板上の位相ロックループ(PLL)(70)と、
基板上の水晶発振器(72)とを具備している請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のDAFE。 - 水晶発振器は温度補償される請求項8記載のDAFE。
