Description
R−CO−NR1R2 (I)
(式中、Rは、炭素原子を6〜21個有している、飽和又は不飽和の、線状又は枝分かれのアルキル基であり、且つ、R1及びR2は、同一であるか若しくは相違する、それぞれ炭素原子を1〜4個有するヒドロキシアルキル基を表わす)で表される添加剤を0.1〜5体積%含有する、燃料組成物が提供される。
HLB=[親水性鎖の分子体積]×20/[全分子体積]
水溶性アルコール、
C6〜C12のアルコール、
C6〜C18のエトキシル化アルコール、
C10〜C24の脂肪酸、及び
窒素源
を含む多数の成分を含有している。
本発明による諸添加剤の効果は、「EN116:1997」に従う目詰まり点試験(cold filter plugging point test)(CFPP)によって試験を行った。
オレイン酸ジエタノールアミドと、組成が従来技術のものである添加剤とを、含水エタノール(7.7%v/v)とディーゼル燃料(92.3%v/v)の燃料混合物を安定化させるのに使用したとき、それらの可溶化効率を比較した。
Claims (14)
- アルコキシル化化合物を含有せず、且つ、炭素原子を少なくとも6個有する長鎖アルキルアルコールを含有しないとともに、
(a)ディーゼル油を含む炭化水素ベース燃料を少なくとも95体積%と、
(b)オレイン酸ジエタノールアミドを0.1〜5体積%と、
(c)水の含有量が0.5%w/w以下の無水エタノール
とを含み、
水の含有量が0.5%w/w以下であって、水を含有しないことを特徴とする燃料組成物。 - 前記アルコールが、1〜10体積%の量で存在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記添加成分が、12未満のHLB値を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 燃料:添加剤の体積比(v/v)が、1000:0.5〜1000:50の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 燃料:添加剤の体積比(v/v)が、1000:1〜1000:50の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記炭化水素ベース燃料が、ディーゼル油として石油ディーゼル燃料を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記ディーゼル油の部分が、バイオディーゼル燃料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 含水率が0.2体積%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記組成物が、追加の窒素源を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記窒素の化合物が、アンモニア、ヒドラジン、アルキルヒドラジン、ジアルキルヒドラジン、尿素、エタノールアミン、モノアルキルエタノールアミン、及びジアルキルエタノールアミンであって、アルキル基がメチル、エチル、n−プロピル又はイソプロピルから独立して選ばれるそれら化合物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記組成物が、セタン・ブースターを、混合物の体積に基づき0.1%v/v〜1.0%v/vの量で更に含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記セタン・ブースターが、硝酸2−エチルヘキシル、tert−ブチルペルオキシド、ジエチレングリコールメチルエーテル、シクロヘキサノール、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の燃料組成物。
- 前記燃料組成物が、乳化破壊剤を、5%v/v未満の量で含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料組成物を調製する方法において、
(i)オレイン酸ジエタノールアミドを、0.1〜5体積%の量で無水エタノールに溶解して、添加剤溶液を生成する工程であって、前記無水エタノールの水の含有量が0.5%w/w以下の水である工程と、
(ii)前記溶液をディーゼル油を含む炭化水素燃料とスプラッシュブレンドする工程と、
を包含することを特徴とする燃料組成物の調製方法。
