Claims (4)
- 画素の白レベルWlと黒レベルのダイナミックレンジが固定されているディスプレイに表示させる画像を処理する画像処理装置において、
画像を構成する画素の輝度の平均値Avを検出する平均値検出手段と、
前記画像を構成する各画素に対して、ルックアップテーブルまたは関数を用いて、前記画素の輝度pに対応する補正係数Kpを決定する補正係数決定手段と、
各画素に対して、検出された平均輝度Av、および決定された前記補正係数Kpに基づき、補正値C=Kp・(Av/Wl)を算出する補正値算出手段と、
各画素の輝度の補正結果として、算出された前記補正値Cを前記画素の輝度pに加算する加算手段とを含み、
前記補正値算出手段は、前記画素の輝度pが最大値である場合、前記補正値Cとして最大値である0を算出する
画像処理装置。 - 前記補正係数決定手段は、前記画素の輝度pが最大値である場合、前記補正係数Kpを最大値である0に決定し、前記画素の輝度pが最小値である場合、前記補正係数Kpを負の数である最小値に決定する
請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。 - 画素の白レベルWlと黒レベルのダイナミックレンジが固定されているディスプレイに表示させる画像を処理する画像処理装置の画像処理方法において、
画像を構成する画素の輝度の平均値Avを検出する平均値検出ステップと、
前記画像を構成する各画素に対して、ルックアップテーブルまたは関数を用いて、前記画素の輝度pに対応する補正係数Kpを決定する補正係数決定ステップと、
各画素に対して、検出された平均輝度Av、および決定された前記補正係数Kpに基づき、補正値C=Kp・(Av/Wl)を算出する補正値算出ステップと、
各画素の輝度の補正結果として、算出された前記補正値Cを前記画素の輝度pに加算する加算ステップとを含み、
前記補正値算出ステップは、前記画素の輝度pが最大値である場合、前記補正値Cとして最大値である0を算出する
画像処理方法。 - 画素の白レベルWlと黒レベルのダイナミックレンジが固定されているディスプレイに表示させる画像を処理する画像処理装置の制御用のプログラムであって、
画像を構成する画素の輝度の平均値Avを検出する平均値検出ステップと、
前記画像を構成する各画素に対して、ルックアップテーブルまたは関数を用いて、前記画素の輝度pに対応する補正係数Kpを決定する補正係数決定ステップと、
各画素に対して、検出された平均輝度Av、および決定された前記補正係数Kpに基づき、補正値C=Kp・(Av/Wl)を算出する補正値算出ステップと、
各画素の輝度の補正結果として、算出された前記補正値Cを前記画素の輝度pに加算する加算ステップとを含み、
前記補正値算出ステップは、前記画素の輝度pが最大値である場合、前記補正値Cとして最大値である0を算出する
処理を画像処理装置のコンピュータに実行させるプログラム。
