Description
Claims (5)
- システム圧力が所定の下限値を下回ると油圧ポンプを起動し、所定の上限値に到達するか又はこれを超えると切断する、油圧ポンプ、逃し弁及び負荷を包含する、自動変速機の油圧回路などの油圧回路の制御方法において、
システム圧力のデータがない場合には、
作動油の消費容積を圧力センサの最後の現在信号、負荷の作動弁の接続時間及び関与するアクチュエータのピストン又はセレクト及びシフトピストンの変位位置に基づいて計算し、
計算された作動油の消費容積と蓄圧装置の圧力/容積曲線とに基づいて現在のシステム圧力を計算し、
計算されたシステム圧力に基づいて上記の油圧ポンプの起動および切断を行うことを特徴とする制御方法。 - 前記油圧回路が自動変速機の油圧回路であり、
前記アクチュエータのピストンの変位位置としてクラッチアクチュエータのピストンの変位位置と、前記セレクト及びシフトピストンとしての変速機アクチュエータのセレクト及びシフトピストンの変位位置に基づいて作動油の消費容積が計算されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 安全な状態での油圧回路の操作を保証するために、作動油の計算された消費容積に所定の値を加算することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 圧力センサの最後の現在信号が得られない場合は、システム圧力に対してゼロの値を仮定することを特徴とする1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 実際のシステム圧力が0より大きい場合に前記ゼロの値を仮定したことにより危険な状態が生じないようにして油圧回路が安全に使用されるように、逃し弁のしきい値を選定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
