Claims (7)
- 互いに平行に延びて設けられた入力軸、第1カウンタ軸及び出力軸と、
前記第1カウンタ軸の外部に前記第1カウンタ軸と同軸かつ前記第1カウンタ軸に対して空転自在に設けられた第2カウンタ軸と、
前記入力軸上に設けられた入力軸第1ギヤと、
前記入力軸上に設けられた入力軸第2ギヤと、
前記入力軸上に空転自在に設けられた入力軸第3ギヤと、
前記入力軸第3ギヤと前記入力軸との連結及びその解除を行う第1クラッチ手段と、
前記第1カウンタ軸上に設けられ、前記入力軸第2ギヤと噛合した第1カウンタ軸上ギヤと、
前記第1カウンタ軸と前記第2カウンタ軸との連結及びその解除を行う第2クラッチ手段と、
前記第2カウンタ軸上に空転自在に設けられ、前記入力軸第1ギヤと噛合した第2カウンタ軸第1ギヤと、
前記第2カウンタ軸第1ギヤと第2カウンタ軸との連結及びその解除を行う第3クラッチ手段と、
前記第2カウンタ軸上に空転自在に設けられ、前記入力軸第3ギヤと噛合した第2カウンタ軸第2ギヤと、
前記第2カウンタ軸第2ギヤと前記第2カウンタ軸との連結及びその解除を行う第4クラッチ手段と、
前記出力軸上に設けられ、前記入力軸第3ギヤと噛合した出力軸第1ギヤとを有したことを特徴とする平行軸式変速機。 - 前記入力軸と平行に設けられた中間軸及び第1アイドル軸と、
前記入力軸上に設けられた入力軸第4ギヤと、
前記第1アイドル軸上に設けられ、前記入力軸第4ギヤと噛合した第1アイドルギヤと、
前記中間軸上に設けられ、前記第1アイドルギヤと噛合した中間軸第1ギヤと、
前記中間軸上に設けられ、前記出力軸第1ギヤと噛合した中間軸第2ギヤと、
前記中間軸第1ギヤと前記中間軸第2ギヤとの間の動力伝達を断続する動力断続手段とを有したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の平行軸式変速機。 - 前記入力軸第1ギヤ及び前記入力軸第4ギヤが同一のギヤからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の平行軸式変速機。
- 前記中間軸第2ギヤが前記中間軸上に空転自在に設けられるとともに、前記動力断続手段が前記中間軸第2ギヤと前記中間軸との連結及びその解除を行う第5クラッチ手段を有してなり、
前記入力軸上に空転自在に設けられた入力軸第5ギヤと、
前記入力軸第5ギヤと前記入力軸との連結及びその解除を行う第6クラッチ手段と、
前記中間軸上に空転自在に設けられた中間軸第3ギヤと、
前記中間軸第3ギヤと前記中間軸との連結及びその解除を行う第7クラッチ手段と、
前記出力軸上に設けられ、前記入力軸第5ギヤ及び前記中間軸第3ギヤの双方と噛合した出力軸第2ギヤとを有したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の平行軸式変速機。 - 前記第2カウンタ軸上に空転自在に設けられた第2カウンタ軸第3ギヤと、
前記入力軸と平行に設けられた第2アイドル軸と、
前記第2アイドル軸上に設けられ、前記第2カウンタ軸第3ギヤ及び前記入力軸第5ギヤの双方に噛合した第2アイドルギヤと、
前記第2カウンタ軸第3ギヤと前記第2カウンタ軸との連結及びその解除を行う第8クラッチ手段とを有したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の平行軸式変速機。 - 前記第4クラッチ及び前記第8クラッチ手段が、前記第2カウンタ軸第2ギヤ及び前記第2カウンタ軸第3ギヤの何れか一方を前記第2カウンタ軸に連結させる一つの選択式クラッチ手段からなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の平行軸式変速機。
- 前記中間軸が中空状に形成されており、
前記中間軸の内部に設けられ、前記中間軸と同軸かつ前記中間軸に対して空転自在に設けられた補助中間軸と、
前記中間軸と前記補助中間軸との連結及びその解除を行う第9クラッチ手段と、
前記補助中間軸上に設けられた補助中間軸上ギヤと、
前記出力軸上に設けられ、前記補助中間軸上ギヤと噛合した出力軸第3ギヤとを有したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の平行軸式変速機。
