Description
繊維の間にほぼ10〜100マイクロメータの孔の幅を有するE−ガラス繊維から成りメラミン樹脂で結合されたフリースは950gアセトン内の50gセルロースプロピオネートから成る溶液内に0.5分間含浸される。この溶液から引き出した後に過剰な溶液を滴下させてアセトンの一部を気化させる。2.5分後にこのフリースは水浴内に浸されてこの中で6時間滞積貯蔵される。次いでこのフリースは16時間40℃の乾燥庫内で乾燥される。この乾燥したフリースは平たい金属板上に載せられ、該金属板には1cmの高さの枠がねじ止めされる。この枠は粉末石膏から成る石膏泥で満たされ、この石膏泥には混練時に0.5%のシリコン疎水剤が追加される。この石膏泥は振動させられることによって枠の中に分配される。余分な量は掻き落とされることによって除去される。1時間の凝固時間の後で枠は取り外される。この石膏ボードは屋内空気で24時間乾燥されかつさらに24時間40℃の乾燥庫内で乾燥される。
メラミン樹脂で結合されているE−ガラス繊維製フリースは水性のポリアクリレートの分散液内に1分間含浸される。分散液から引き出した後で余分な液体の一部を滴下させる。平たい台の上でフリースの表面から両側に突出している分散液が掻き落とされる。次いでこのフリースは24時間40℃の乾燥庫内で乾燥させられる。乾燥したフリースは平たい金属板上に載せられ、該金属板上には1cmの高さの枠がねじ止めされる。実施例1で記述してあるようにこの枠は石膏で満たされ、さらにこの石膏は固まった後に乾燥される。
メラミン樹脂で結合されているE−ガラス繊維製フリースは、表面反応性の45gのアルモケイ酸塩溶剤(alumosilicatischen Pulvers)と、55gの水ガラスと、5gの水から成るジオポリマー混合物を塗られる。このジオポリマー混合物はフリース上での圧延によって均等に配分される。この層状に塗布されたフリースは72時間屋内空気で乾燥されかつさらに24時間40℃の乾燥庫で乾燥される。乾燥したフリースは平たい金属板上に載せられ、該金属板上には1cmの高さの枠がねじ留めされる。実施例1で記述してあるようにこの枠は石膏で満たされ、さらにこの石膏は結合後に乾燥される。
フリースの特徴を特色付ける為には、0mm水柱の耐水圧とほぼ10〜100マイクロメータの繊維間の孔の幅とを有しメラミン樹脂で結合されているE−ガラス繊維製フリースがエチレン−酢酸ビニル−共重合体(濃度5,10,及び15M.-%)から成る溶液内で含浸されてかつこの重合体は種々異なった通風時間の後に次の複数の事例になった。5%の濃度と1分間の通風時間の場合5層の積層過程の後で320mm水柱の耐水圧が達成された。5%の濃度と1分間の通風時間と一層の積層過程の場合145mm水柱だった。両方の場合に処理されていないフリースに対する水蒸気の透過度合の変化は測定され得なかった。
Claims (12)
- a) 石膏から成るかあるいは主要な部分が石膏から成る第1の層と、
b) 層状の織物繊維材料を包含している少なくとも第2の層と、を有している多層材料であって、
前記層状の織物繊維材料が不燃で耐候性の繊維を含み、その繊維は互いに力学的に安定に結合され、その繊維間の空間には微細な孔を有する材料が満たされており、しかも
上記の第2の層が2.0m以下の拡散等価空気層厚さを有しており、かつ少なくとも100mm水柱の水圧で水を透過しないことを特徴とする多層材料。 - 前記の第2の層の拡散等価空気層厚さが1.0m以下で、有利には0.2m以下であり、さらに/又はこの層が少なくとも150mm水柱の水圧で水を透過しないものである請求項1記載の多層材料。
- 前記の微細な孔を有している材料が層状の繊維材料の間隙内と場合により層状の繊維材料の表面上でのポリマーの沈殿により、あるいは溶剤内での材料の溶解、分散又は懸濁による層状の繊維材料の含浸により、あるいはこの溶剤の除去により、あるいはさらに場合によりその際に発生したポリマーの架橋又は硬化により製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の多層材料。
- ポリエステル、ポリアクリル酸塩、セルロースエステル、澱粉の誘導体、酢酸ビニルを有する共重合体、脂肪族もしくは環脂肪族のジイソシアン酸塩から成るポリウレタン、マレイン酸及び/又はアクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸をベースにした共重合体のような、酸基を含む共重合体、及びこれらの共重合体又はこれらのポリマー混合物の中で前記ポリマーが選択されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の多層材料。
- 前記の微細な孔を有している材料が部分的にあるいは完全に無機材料、殊にジオポリマーであるか、あるいは水ガラスから硬化によって製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の多層材料。
- 前記の石膏層がさらに無機繊維又は有機繊維もしくはフレーク片から成る補強部分を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の多層材料。
- 前記の補強部分がガラス、石状セルロース、リグノセルロース又はこれらの材料の混合物から成っているかまたはこれらを含有していることを特徴とする請求項6記載の多層材料。
- 疎水化された硫酸カルシウム泥の硬化によって前記の石膏層が製造され、及び/又は硫酸カルシウム泥の硬化の後で石膏層の表面が水をはじくようにされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の多層材料の製造方法。
- 前記の硫酸カルシウム泥がその硬化の前に固体状、液状又はエマルジョン状の疎水剤を混ぜられることを特徴とする請求項8記載の製造方法。
- 前記の疎水剤が部分的にかあるいは完全に、室温で固体で溶融解可能な外皮と液状の疎水剤から成る充填物とを有しているマイクロカプセルから成っているか、又は室温で固体ではあるが溶ける粉末から成っていて、かつ硬化中又は硬化後に疎水剤の溶融解温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の製造方法。
- 前記の繊維材料が微細な孔を有しているか又は微細な孔を形成する材料で満たされ、かつ次いで場合により微細な孔が生成させられ、さらに場合により満たされた繊維材料が乾燥され、その上で該繊維材料が硫酸カルシウム泥と接触させられ、該硫酸カルシウム泥が次いで硬化されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の多層材料の製造方法。
- 前記の繊維材料が微細な孔を有しているか又は微細な孔を形成する材料で満たされ、次いで場合により微細な孔が生成させられ、さらに場合により満たされた繊維材料が乾燥され、その上で該繊維材料が既に硬化した石膏層と結合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の多層材料の製造方法。
