Claims (1)
- ガラス素地溜め部より流下するガラス素地を左右の切断刃によって所定大きさのガラス塊に切断する装置において、
機台(51)に取り付けられた単一の駆動部(52)と、
前記駆動部によって回転する左右の作動部材(55,56)と、
前記各作動部材と一体に回転し、第1カム部(65,66)と第2カム部(67,68)とをそれぞれ備えた左右のカム部材(61,62)と、
前記各カム部材の第1カム部と係合する第1係合部(71,72)を備え、前記カム部材の回転とともに前記機台に設けられた縦レール(59)に沿って上下動する昇降部材(70)と、
前記各カム部材の第2カム部と係合する第2係合部(83,84)を備え、前記カム部材の回転とともに前記昇降部材に設けられた横レール(77)に沿って互いに接近離間するように左右動する左右の支持部材(81,82)と、
前記各支持部材に互いに対向して配置された左右の切断刃(91,92)とを有し、
前記各切断刃は、互いに離間された待機位置(P,P1)から切断位置(C)に向かって水平方向に前進し下降して(S1)前記ガラス素地を切断(C)した後、下降し水平方向に後退し(S2)、その後上昇して前記待機位置に戻る移動軌跡を描くように構成されていることを特徴とするガラス素地切断装置。
