【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、可変入球口と、振分装置を有する複合装置と、球が入るとこれを検出して前記可変入球口を拡開する始動口とが遊技盤面に配置された遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば、図柄表示装置で変動表示した図柄が所定の図柄で停止すると、「当り」となって権利が発生し、盤面に設けられた大入賞口用の始動口に球が入賞する毎に所定時間、或いは所定個数入賞まで大入賞口が拡開する遊技機がある。その中に、図柄表示装置の図柄を変動させる契機として、盤面に配置された複合装置内に振分装置を配設し、前記複合装置に入った球を振り分け、球が所定の振分球経路に振り分けられた場合に、検出スイッチが球を検出して、図柄表示装置の図柄を変動開始させる遊技機がある。

ここで、前記複合装置への入球は、盤面に設けられた複合装置用の始動口(大入賞口用の前記始動口とは異なるもの)に盤面の球が入賞することによって、複合装置の可変入球口が開いて、ここから入球するものである。

本発明は、始動口に複合装置の可変入球口を開く以外の機能を付加して、遊技の興趣を高めることを課題としている。

上記の課題を解決するために請求項1に記載の発明は、遊技盤の遊技領域内に、大当り遊技の権利発生用特定球の選別確率を数値で表示した第1,第2,第3の始動口と、該始動口での入賞検出条件に基づいて開放された電動役物から入賞した入賞球を各方向に振分け通出して1個の特定球を選別して検出し得るとともに、当該特定球を最終的に特定領域または非特定領域に区分排出し得る複合装置と、該特定球の検出に基づいて権利発生成立を図柄表示判定する図柄表示装置と、権利発生成立後に遊技球を有効入賞球として入賞検出し得る第3種始動装置と、設定個数の遊技球を入賞可能とした大入賞口装置とが配置された遊技機において、前記複合装置は、前記遊技盤の遊技領域に上下縦向きの姿勢で取着される取付基板に、前記電動役物の可変入球口の出口下方に連通する分岐部から三方向に分岐連通された縦向き並列状態に配設されて、入賞球を夫々の方向に振分けて流通する中央、右側、左側の振分球経路と、前記中央、右側、左側振分球経路の分岐部の左右両側で個々に傾動可能に配置された第1,第2可動振分片を、前記第1,第2,第3始動口での 各入賞検出条件に対応して各々の振分球経路の入口を開閉状態に切替えて前記入賞球を振分けて通入させる第1振分装置と、前記右側の振分球経路の途上と左側の振分球経路の途上に各々開口形成されて入賞球を裏側へ通出する球排出口と、前記右側の振分球経路の途上と前記左側の振分球経路の途上に各々組み込んでモータにより一方向に回転可能に設定した回転振分体の外周に、前記各々の球排出口に対して個々に連通する複数個の普通球受部と、連通しない1個の特定球受部とを、前記第2始動口と第3始動口に表示された前記権利発生用特定球の選別確率の数値表示に合わせた個数分で配置して、当該振分球経路内を通入する入賞球を特定球と普通球とに異なる確率で区分する第2振分装置と、前記中央、右側、左側の振分球経路の下流端に集合連絡された出口部に配置されて前記特定球の検出に基づいて前記図柄表示装置を図柄変動開始させるための検出スイッチと、前記検出スイッチの直下方に臨む基準位置に配置されて該検出スイッチで検出通出された前記特定球を外周に形成した球受部内に一旦保留し、前記図柄表示装置による「当り・外れ」の図柄表示判定結果に対応してモータにより反時計回り・時計回りの何れかに回転制御されて、特定球を権利発生用の検出スイッチを有する特定領域と非特定領域との何れかに区分通出する回転誘導体とが備えられており、第1始動口での入賞検出条件においては、電動役物の可変入球口から入った入賞球は第1振分装置の両可動振分片の開放条件に係る振分け作動により中央の振分球経路に特定球として通入させて図柄変動開始用の検出スイッチで検出して回転誘導体に直接誘導され、第2始動口での入賞検出条件においては、電動役物の可変入球口から入った入賞球は第1振分装置の右可動振分片の開放条件に係る振分け作動により右側の振分球経路に通入させて第2振分装置の右回転振分体のいずれかの球受部に受入れて球排出口に通出される普通球と、該振分球経路の下流傾斜路から出口部に通出される特定球とに区分され、検出スイッチで検出された特定球が回転誘導体に誘導され、第3始動口での入賞検出条件においては、電動役物の可変入球口から入った入賞球は第1振分装置の左可動振分片の開放条件に係る振分けの作動により左側の振分球経路に通入させて第2振分装置の左回転振分体のいずれかの球受部に受入れて球排出口に通出される普通球と、該振分球経路の下流傾斜路から出口部に通出される特定球とに区分され、検出スイッチで検出された特定球は回転誘導体に誘導され、上記した3つの球振分けの態様において、前記図柄表示装置の図柄「当り・外れ」判定に基づく回転誘導体の正転・逆転の回転条件により、特定球が特定領域または非特定領域に区分通出されるように設定したことを特徴としている。

請求項1の発明によれば、球が複数の始動口のいずれに入るかによって、他の球の複合装置の可変入球口への入球が容易となって振分装置に至るのみならず、この振分装置内における複数の振分球経路のうち球が入った始動口に対応したものが選択される。このため、始動口入球による遊技性が高まって、複合装置への入球のみならず、始動口入球に始まって、複合装置入球、振分球経路の選択、振分結果に至るまでの間において期待感が連続して維持される。よって、遊技の興趣が高まる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施形態を挙げて、本発明を更に詳細に説明する。図1は、本発明に係るパチンコ機の正面図であり、図2は、図1のX−X線拡大断面図である。図1及び図2において、遊技盤1には、外側の第1球案内レール2と内側の第2球案内レール3とが取り付けられて、第1及び第2の各案内レール2,3によって囲まれる領域が遊技領域4となっている。第1及び第2の各球案内レール2,3が内外で重なって球発射通路5を形成しており、球発射装置(図示せず)から発射された遊技球は、前記球発射通路5を通って、前記遊技領域4に放たれる。遊技領域4には多数の釘が適宜に配置され、遊技領域4に放たれた球Bはこれらの釘により流れを変化し、また所定方向に誘導されながら遊技領域4の下方に向かって流れる。

遊技領域4の中央部には、第1及び第2の各振分装置D1,D2 を備えた複合装置Aが配置され、該複合装置Aの下方には、第1、第2及び第3の各始動口E1,E2,E3 が横方向に並んで配置されている。第1始動口E1 は、前記複合装置Aの直下に配置され、その両側に第2及び第3の各始動口E2,E3 が配置されている。また、第1始動口E1 の上には散点状の釘群C1 が隣合う釘間に球1個が通過可能な程度に打設されている。また、第2始動口E2 の上には、該第2始動口E2 に向かう球流下路を形成するように左右一対の誘導釘C2 が、第3始動口E3 の上にも同様の誘導釘C3 が打設されている。このような配置により、盤面を流下する球Bは、球の流下頻度が比較的高い遊技領域4の左側に位置し誘導釘C3 で球が誘導される第3始動口E3 に最も入賞し易く、次に左側より球の流下頻度が低い遊技領域4の右側に位置するが誘導釘C2 で球が誘導される第2始動口E2 、次いで散点状の釘群C1 が上に配置され球が左右に流れ易い第1始動口E1 の順で入賞し難くなっている。

3種類の各始動口E1,E2,E3 は、そのいずれかに盤面の球Bが入賞することにより、前記複合装置Aの上部に配置された普通電動役物7の一対の開閉部材7aを開放して、その可変入球口7bへの入球を容易にする。また後述のように可変入球口7bの下方に配置された第1振分装置D1 の第1可動振分片F1 及び第2可動振分片F2 を作動させて、可変入球口7bから入った球Bを三種類の振分球経路P1,P2,P3 (図6参照)のいずれかに誘導するようになっている。すなわち「1/1」と表示されている第1始動口E1 に入賞した場合には、記可変入球口7bに入った球Bは、三種類の振分球経路P1,P2,P3 のうち遊技者にとって最も有利な第1振分球経路P1 に誘導される。また、「1/3」と表示された第2始動口E2 に入賞した場合には、前記可変入球口7bに入った球Bは、遊技者にとって次に有利な第2振分球経路P2 に誘導され、更に「1/5」と表示された第3始動口E3 に入賞した場合には、前記可変入球口7bに入った球Bは、遊技者にとって最も有利性の低い第3振分球経路P3 に誘導される。
