本発明の組成物には、水まわり設備表面に塗布する際の液ぬれ性を向上させるために、また、設備表面にスポンジ等で塗布する際の作業性を向上させるために(c)界面活性剤〔以下、(c)成分という〕を配合することが望ましい。(c)成分を配合することで、塗布時に均一に広げやすくなる。(c)成分としては、アニオン性界面活性剤、ノニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤のいずれか1種、あるいは、これらから選ばれる2種以上の組合せでも良く、該共重合体の設備表面への吸着性を阻害しない範囲で配合される。
<その他の成分>
本発明の硬表面処理剤組成物には、目的とする性能を損なわない範囲で、通常の液体洗浄剤組成物等に用いられる他の任意成分、例えば、硫酸、塩酸、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、アンモニア、アルカノールアミン等のpH調整剤、低級アルコール、多価アルコール、低級アルコール(炭素数1〜6)のEO付加物(EOp1〜4)、低級アルコール(炭素数1〜4)のPO付加物(POp1〜3)、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、芳香族スルホン酸塩等の可溶化剤、香料、色素、防腐剤、防カビ剤等を必要に応じて添加することができる。
撹拌翼、冷却管、窒素導入管を備えた500mLのセパラブルフラスコに、無水マレイン酸29.1g、メチルエチルケトン124.0gを入れ、フラスコ内を窒素で置換しながら均一に溶解させた。これを65℃に昇温し、窒素気流下で撹拌しながら、(イ)スチレン30.9gとメチルエチルケトン46.0g、(2)V−65(和工純薬工業(株)製、化学名;2,2’−アゾビス(2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル))1.47gとメチルエチルケトン40.0gを各々均一に混合もしくは溶解させたものを、同時に2時間かけて滴下、さらに65℃で6時間かけて重合を完了させた。メチルエチルケトンを添加し、約5質量%の濃度に調整してから、室温まで冷却させた。これを大量のヘキサン中へゆっくりと滴下し、析出したポリマーを回収、50℃で減圧乾燥させた。
合成例2
合成例1において、無水マレイン酸を43.6g、スチレンを46.4g、V−65を0.452gとした以外は同様の方法により、目的のポリマー(2)(重量平均分子量44.2万)を得た。
合成例3
合成例1において、無水マレイン酸を36.4g、スチレンを38.6g、V−65を0.094gとした以外は同様の方法により、目的のポリマー(3)(重量平均分子量79.0万)を得た。
合成例4
合成例1において、無水マレイン酸を43.6g、スチレンを46.4g、V−65を0.045gとした以外は同様の方法により、目的のポリマー(4)(重量平均分子量123.8万)を得た。
合成例5
500mLのセパラブルフラスコに、無水マレイン酸10.9g、メチルエチルケトン32.5gを入れ、フラスコ内を窒素で置換しながら均一に溶解させた。これを65℃に昇温し、窒素気流下で撹拌しながら、(イ)スチレン11.6gとメチルエチルケトン15.0g、(ロ)V−65の0.028gとメチルエチルケトン20.0gを各々均一に混合もしくは溶解させたものを、同時に30分かけてゆっくりと滴下、さらに65℃で8時間かけて重合を完了させた。メチルエチルケトンを添加し、約15質量%の濃度に調整してから、室温まで冷却させた。
実施例1
表1に示す処方の硬表面処理剤組成物を用い、以下の試験を実施した。結果を表1に示す。なお、表中の略語は次に示す成分名を省略したものである。
・界面活性剤(1):ラウリル硫酸エステルナトリウム
・界面活性剤(2):ポリオキシエチレン(EOp3)ラウリルエーテル硫酸エステルナトリウム
・界面活性剤(3):ポリオキシエチレン(EOp7)アルキル(平均炭素数13)エーテル
・界面活性剤(4):アルキルポリグルコシド(アルキル炭素数:平均11、グルコース平均縮合度:1.3)
・界面活性剤(5):ヤシ油脂肪酸アミドプロピルカルボキシベタイン
・界面活性剤(6):ラウリルヒドロキシスルホベタイン
・界面活性剤(7):ラウリルジメチルアミンオキシド
・界面活性剤(8):ラウリルベンザルコニウムクロリド
<評価1:水まわり設備壁面の乾燥促進試験(1)>
ユニットバスの内壁にサンプル液をスプレーにて塗布し、その後、シャワーを用いて水道水(水温20℃)をかけてすすぎ作業を行った。5分後、処理されたユニットバス内壁表面の水滴の残留状態を目視観察し、下記判定基準により乾燥の程度を評価した。
*判定基準
A:処理表面50cm×50cm当たり、水滴の残留が1個以下。
<評価2:水まわり設備壁面の乾燥促進試験(2)>
キッチンのシンク(ステンレス製)内側にサンプル液をスプレーにて塗布し、その後、スポンジに含ませた水道水(水温17℃)をかけてすすぎ作業を行った。5分後、処理されたシンク内側表面の水滴の残留状態を目視観察し、下記判定基準により乾燥の程度を評価した。
*判定基準
A:処理表面15cm×40cm当たり、水滴の残留が1個以下。
<評価3:表面の仕上がり性評価>
上記評価1を1日1回実施し、これを10日間繰り返した後、表面の外観観察を行い下記判定基準に準じて評価した。
*判定基準
A:未処理時と同等。
Claims (6)
- 更に(c)界面活性剤を含有する請求項1記載の硬表面処理剤組成物。
- 前記(a)が、前記式(I)のR 1 のAが-NR 3 -、R 3 が-H、Bが-C 3 H 6 -、Xが-NR 4 R 5 であり、R 4 、R 5 が共に-CH 3 又は-CH 2 CH 3 である共重合体である請求項1又は2記載の硬表面処理剤組成物。
- 前記(a)が、前記式(II)のR 2 がフェニル基を含む炭素数6〜12のアリール基である共重合体である請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の硬表面処理剤組成物。
- 前記(a)が、前記式(I)のR 1 のAが-NR 3 -、R 3 が-H、Bが-C 3 H 6 -、Xが-NR 4 R 5 であり、R 4 、R 5 はともに-CH 3 あるいは-CH 2 CH 3 であり、且つ前記式(II)においてR 2 がフェニル基を含む炭素数6〜12のアリール基である共重合体であって、(イ)前記式(I)及び前記式(II)の構成重合単位の組成比(I)/(II)が2/1〜1/3(モル基準)である、(ロ)重量平均分子量が1万〜200万である、の少なくとも一方を満たす共重合体である請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の硬表面処理剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項記載の硬表面処理剤組成物で、水まわり設備の硬表面を処理すること、次いで該硬質表面を水ですすぐことを行う、硬表面の処理方法。
