Description
先ず、下記表1に示される各種配合組成のゴム組成物(実施例1〜3及び比較例1,2)を調製した。なお、かかるゴム組成物の調製に際して、ゴム材料としては、ブタジエンゴム(BR,旭化成(株)製ジエンNF35R)、又は合成イソプレンゴム(IR)を用いると共に、アスファルトとしては、軟化点が160℃の天然アスファルトを、更にカーボンブラックとしては、一次粒子径が19nmのSAFカーボンを、それぞれ用いた。更に、加硫剤としては硫黄を用いる一方、加硫促進助剤として、亜鉛華(ZnO)及びステアリン酸を用いた。更にまた、表1中におけるDOAは、可塑剤としてのジオクチルアジペート(凝固点:−60℃)を示す一方、MSA及びTBTは、それぞれ、加硫促進剤としてのN−オキシジエチレン−2−ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド及びテトラブチルチウラムジスルフィドを示すものである。

また一方、下記表3に示される配合組成のゴム組成物(実施例4,5)を調製した。なお、かかるゴム組成物の調製に際して、ゴム材料としては、天然ゴム(NR)又は合成イソプレンゴム(IR)を用いると共に、カーボンブラックとしては、一次粒子径が19nmのSAFカーボンを用いた。更に、老化防止剤としては、ポリ(2,2,4−トリメチル−1,2−ジヒドロキノリン)(RD)、N−イソプロピル−N′−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン(3C)及びN−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−N′−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン(6C)を用いる一方、石油系ワックスとしては、融点が65℃のマイクロクリスタリンワックスを用いた。また、軟化剤としてはアロマオイルを、加硫剤としては硫黄を、加硫促進剤としてはN−シクロヘキシルベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(CZ)を、加硫促進助剤としては亜鉛華(ZnO)及びステアリン酸を、それぞれ用いた。

Claims (2)
- 剛性を有する硬質板とゴム層とが交互に積層せしめられた積層体から構成されてなる免震ゴム支承体にして、前記ゴム層を、ブタジエンゴム又はブタジエンゴムを主成分とするゴム材料の100重量部に対して、カーボンブラックを50〜150重量部の割合で配合し、更にアスファルト類、タール類及びピッチ類のうちの少なくとも1種を10〜100重量部の割合で配合してなるゴム組成物を用いて、形成すると共に、前記硬質板の少なくとも外周端面を、前記積層体の側面に露出せしめる一方、該積層体の側面に、該硬質板の少なくとも外周端面に接するようにして、10MPa以上の引張強度を与える被覆ゴムを、天然ゴム又はイソプレンゴムを主成分とするゴム材料の100重量部に対して、SAF、ISAF、HAF、FEF、MAF、GPF、SRF及びFTからなる群より選ばれたカーボンブラックの10〜100重量部を配合せしめてなるゴム組成物により一体的に設けたことを特徴とする免震ゴム支承体。
- 前記硬質板の外周端角部が面取り乃至は丸み加工されて、該硬質板が、かかる加工部位を少なくとも含む外周部を前記ゴム層から外方に突出させた形態において、該ゴム層と積層されている一方、前記被覆ゴムが、該硬質板の突出させられた外周部を覆うように設けられている請求項1に記載の免震ゴム支承体。
