Description
シートの原料として以下の材料を以下の配合割合で使用した。
・直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(A):80重量部
日本ポリオレフィン株式会社製「ジェイレックスLL AF22NB」
比重0.923、MFR0.45g/10分(JIS K6922−2)。
・エチレン−プロピレン共重合体(B):20重量部
デュポンダウエラストマージャパン株式会社製「ノーデル3745P」
エチレン(70重量%)−プロピレン(29.5重量%)−エチリデンノルボルネン(0.5重量%)共重合体、比重0.88。
・タルク入りポリエチレンマスターバッチ:3重量部
タルク含有量20重量%。
・滑剤(D):0.1重量部
日本油脂株式会社製「アルフローP−10」(エルカ酸アミド)
実施例1で使用したのと同じシート(肉厚0.15mm)を熱成形に供した。熱成形に際しては、真空成形機を使用し、ストレート成形によって成形を行った。ストレート成形のための金型は、雌型(凹形状)であり、ドア後方部に対応する位置の2箇所に、上下に並べて設けられている。上側の金型の寸法は縦90mm、横150mm、深さ45mmであり、抜き角度は約7°である。下側の金型の寸法は縦80mm、横140mm、深さ47mmであり、抜き角度は約6°である。いずれの型も、表面に多数の細かい真空孔が設けられており、型の内部に向けて排気されるようになっている。
シートの厚みを0.07mmにした以外は、実施例1と同様にしてシートを製造し、実施例1と同様の真空成形機及び金型を使用してドレープ成形を行った。上側の金型が接触する部分の周辺の、縦120mm及び横180mmの範囲、及び下側の金型が接触する部分の周辺の、縦110mm及び横170mmの範囲を、350℃前後に設定したヒーターに接近させて8秒間加熱した。次に、金型表面の真空孔から排気しながら、前記加熱後のシートに金型を押し当て、1秒間かけて金型を上昇させて賦形した。賦形後7秒間冷却してから型から取り外して熱成形シートを得た。
実施例3で使用したのと同じシート(肉厚0.07mm)を熱成形に供した。熱成形に際しては、実施例2と同様の真空成形機及び金型を使用してストレート成形を行った。上側の金型が接触する部分の周辺の、縦120mm及び横180mmの範囲、及び下側の金型が接触する部分の周辺の、縦110mm及び横170mmの範囲を、350℃前後に設定したヒーターに接近させて10秒間加熱した。次に、金型表面の真空孔から排気しながら、2秒間かけてシートを金型に密着させて賦形した。賦形後7秒間冷却してから型から取り外して熱成形シートを得た。

Claims (14)
- 自動車ドアのインナパネルとドアトリムの間に介装される防水カバーであって、該防水カバーが直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(A)及びエチレン−プロピレン共重合体(B)からなる樹脂組成物よりなることを特徴とする防水カバー。
- 直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(A)とエチレン−プロピレン共重合体(B)の合計100重量部に対して、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(A)を50〜98重量部、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体(B)を2〜50重量部含有する請求項1記載の防水カバー。
- 直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(A)とエチレン−プロピレン共重合体(B)の合計100重量部に対して、無機フィラー(C)を0.1〜10重量部含有する請求項1又は2記載の防水カバー。
- 直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(A)とエチレン−プロピレン共重合体(B)の合計100重量部に対して、滑剤(D)を0.01〜2重量部含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の防水カバー。
- 滑剤(D)が脂肪酸アミドである請求項4記載の防水カバー。
- 前記防水カバーが、凸部を有するシートからなる請求項1〜5のいずれか記載の防水カバー。
- 前記シートの厚さが0.05〜0.5mmである請求項6記載の防水カバー。
- 前記凸部の高さが20mm以上である請求項6又は7記載の防水カバー。
- 前記防水カバーが、前記樹脂組成物のシートを熱成形してなる請求項6〜8のいずれか記載の防水カバー。
- 前記シートの車内側に、ポリオレフィン繊維からなるメルトブローン不織布が接着されてなる請求項6〜9のいずれか記載の防水カバー。
- 前記メルトブローン不織布が、ポリオレフィン繊維とポリエステル繊維とからなり、かつ1.37×10−3N/cm2の荷重下で測定した厚みが3〜30mmである請求項10記載の防水カバー。
- 自動車ドアのインナパネルとドアトリムの間に介装される防水カバーの製造方法において、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(A)及びエチレン−プロピレン共重合体(B)からなる樹脂組成物のシートを成形して凸部を形成することを特徴とする防水カバーの製造方法。
- 前記シートを、ドレープ成形によって熱成形して凸部を形成する請求項12記載の防水カバーの製造方法。
- 前記シートを成形してから、ポリオレフィン繊維からなるメルトブローン不織布を重ね、両者を局所的に融着させる請求項12又は13記載の防水カバーの製造方法。
