Claims (7)
- 異なる光記録媒体用の再生又は記録装置において、光検出器装置が、複数のレーザダイオード(LD1、LD2)の異なる光パワーレベルを制御するために使用され、該光検出器装置は、該レーザダイオード(LD1、LD2)の絶対光パワーレベルから独立した光検出器信号(PDout)を提供する再生又は記録装置であって、該絶対光パワーレベルから独立した光検出器信号(PDout)を提供して、異なる光パワーレベルに適応するように光検出器の感度を切り換えるために、スイッチ(SW)が提供され、該スイッチ(SW)を制御する目的のために、該スイッチは変調器(MD)に接続され、該変調器は変調された光パワー(lp)用の変調信号(mod)を生成するものであり、レーザダイオード(LD2)へ接続されることを特徴とする再生又は記録装置。
- 前記変調器(MD)が、前記スイッチ(SW)を制御するために、制御ライン(tSW)へ接続された制御アセンブリ(contrl)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生又は記録装置。
- 異なる光パワーレベルに光検出器の感度を切り換えるための前記変調器(MD)及び前記スイッチ(SW)が、一つの基板に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生又は記録装置。
- 前記絶対光パワーレベルから独立した光検出器信号(PDout)を提供する前記光検出器は、フォトダイオード(PD)であり、少なくとも一つの抵抗(LD2p)が、前記スイッチ(SW)によって、該フォトダイオードと並列に接続され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生又は記録装置。
- 前記絶対光パワーから独立した光検出器信号(PDout)を提供する前記光検出器は、フォトダイオード(PD)であり、該光検出器の感度の切り換えの間、所望しない光検出器信号(PDout)を防ぐことと、該光検出器の最も高い感度を設定することとのために提供された抵抗(LDbp)が、該フォトダイオードへ接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生又は記録装置。
- 前記スイッチ(SW)は、電子スイッチ手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生又は記録装置。
- 前記スイッチ(SW)が、前記変調器(MD)のスイッチオン/オフ動作と異なるスイッチオン/オフ動作を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生又は記録装置。
