Claims (7)
- 大きな入力静電容量をもつ電気負荷と直流電源とを接続する主電源スイッチと、該主電源スイッチと並列接続される突入電流制限回路とを備え、該突入電流制限回路は該直流電源から該電気負荷へ給電するに際して該主電源スイッチに先行して導通される副電源スイッチと、該副電源スイッチと直列接続される突入電流制限抵抗器とを有する車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路であって、
前記突入電流制限抵抗器と直列にかつ前記給電を妨げない方向を意味する順方向に接続されるダイオードと、
該ダイオードに前記直流電源とは逆方向の電圧を印加する制御電源部と、該制御電源部により該ダイオードに流れる制御電流の大きさに見合う信号を検出する検出部と、該検出部で検出した該信号を所定のしきい値と比較する判定部と、を有し、該主電源スイッチがオフし、かつ該副電源スイッチがオフしている時に該信号が該所定のしきい値を超えた場合に該副電源スイッチの故障と判定する判定回路と、
を有することを特徴とする車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路。 - 前記副電源スイッチは半導体スイッチング素子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路。
- 前記主電源スイッチを前記直流電源の正極側あるいは負極側のいずれか一方に備えた請求項1または2記載の車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路。
- 前記主電源スイッチを前記直流電源の正極側と負極側の双方に備え、前記突入電流制限回路をいずれか一方の側に備えた請求項1または2記載の車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路。
- 前記突入電流制限抵抗器及び前記ダイオードは、前記副電源スイッチよりも電気負荷側に接続された請求項1〜4記載の車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路。
- 前記突入電流制限回路を前記直流電源の負極側に備え、前記判定回路は、
エミッタ端子が抵抗を介してベース端子に接続され、該ベース端子が抵抗を介して前記ダイオードのカソード端子に接続され、コレクタ端子が抵抗を介して該ダイオードのアノード端子に接続されるpnp形のトランジスタと、
正極端子が該エミッタ端子に接続され、負極端子が該アノード端子に接続されて、該トランジスタに電力を供給する直流の制御電源と、
該コレクタ端子と該アノード端子との間の電圧を取り込み、所定のしきい値と比較判定する判定部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5記載の車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路。 - 前記突入電流制限回路を前記直流電源の正極側に備え、前記判定回路は、
エミッタ端子が抵抗を介してベース端子に接続され、該ベース端子が抵抗を介して前記ダイオードのアノード端子に接続され、コレクタ端子が抵抗を介して該ダイオードのカソード端子に接続されるnpn形のトランジスタと、
正極端子が該カソード端子に接続され、負極端子が該エミッタ端子に接続されて、該トランジスタに電力を供給する直流の制御電源と、
該カソード端子と該コレクタ端子との間の電圧を取り込み、所定のしきい値と比較判定する判定部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5記載の車両用突入電流制限型電源スイッチ回路。
