Description
【0001】

【0028】
入出力バス34には、記憶手段であるROM(リード・オンリー・メモリ)38及びRAM(ランダム・アクセス・メモリ)40も接続される。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gaming machine, and more particularly to a video game machine and a storage medium storing a video game program.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in video games, there is a so-called “falling thing puzzle” game in which blocks fall from the top of the screen and are stacked at the bottom of the screen, and the game ends when the stack of blocks reaches the top of the screen.
[0003]
In this fallen puzzle game, predetermined blocks are displayed on the screen, and the blocks fall and accumulate at the bottom of the screen. The stacked blocks disappear when a predetermined condition is satisfied, the player's score is added, and the stack height of the blocks is reduced.
[0004]
In addition, in this falling object puzzle game, the player can rotate the direction of the block or shift the stacking position to the left or right by the player's operation before the block falls from the top of the screen and stacks. .
[0005]
Therefore, the player changes the direction and position of the falling block by the operation, stacks the blocks under a predetermined condition, and disappears. Then, for as long as possible, the blocks are not accumulated until reaching the top of the screen, and many blocks are eliminated, and the game proceeds. And, the player enjoys the skill of appropriately changing the state of the falling block with respect to the stacked state of the block, and obtains a higher score as the game result every time the number of games is repeated, and with other players Repeat the game with the fun of competing.
[0006]
Here, in the fallen puzzle, in order to give a player a large amount of points at once, blocks in a plurality of rows are erased at a time with the blocks stacked up to a certain height, or It is known that when a plurality of blocks are erased in a chain, a high score is given to the player as a bonus.
[0007]
For example, when a block is erased a predetermined number of times, there has been proposed a fallen puzzle game in which an explosion block that “explodes” appears when the position is determined (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0008]
In this lost puzzle game, when the position of an explosion block is determined and “explodes”, six blocks adjacent to the explosion block are erased all at once.

[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this falling puzzle game, a certain level of skill is required for the player in order to erase a plurality of blocks at a time or to erase a plurality of blocks in a chain. Therefore, a player who is not in a game has no chance to obtain a large number of points, and may get bored with the game before improving the technique. Furthermore, in order to erase multiple rows of blocks at once, or to erase blocks in multiple chains, the blocks are stacked up to a certain height and then a large number of blocks are erased. You have to wait for special blocks to appear. Therefore, unless this special block appears, it is difficult to erase a large number of blocks at once. Further, in order to erase six blocks at once in the game of the above document, there is a problem in the skill of the player because the block erase must be repeated a predetermined number of times.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and makes it possible to perform mass erasure of blocks relatively easily, and a player who has not become a lost article puzzle is also excited and rewarding. An object is to provide a gaming machine capable of playing games.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention displays a block of games that fall from the upper part of the area and is stacked at the lower part of the area in the game display area of the screen, and erases the game block that satisfies a predetermined condition. In the gaming machine having the above, the block determining means determines whether the picture displayed at a predetermined position of the picture selection unit is a special picture when the player's determination operation is performed, and the block erasing The means provides a gaming machine that erases a gaming block corresponding to the special picture even when the block determining means judges that the picture is a special picture. More specifically, the following is provided.
[0013]
(1) The image of the game block that falls from the upper part of the area to the game display area on the screen and is stacked at the lower part of the area is displayed, and the picture of the game block is determined in a block selection display area different from the game display area. It is determined whether or not a predetermined condition is satisfied, and game blocks are erased according to the determined result, and the stacking is performed. A CPU that controls a game that ends when a game block is stacked up to a predetermined area of the game display area, and the CPU displays an image in which a part of the pattern row is variable through a window. A picture selection part to be displayed is displayed, a picture of the game block to be dropped is determined based on the picture stopped and displayed at a predetermined position of the picture selection part, and the picture stopped and displayed at the predetermined position is the first special It is determined whether the first special pattern is displayed, and if it is determined that the first special pattern is displayed, the first special pattern among the stacked gaming blocks is determined. A gaming machine, wherein a corresponding gaming block is erased, and if it is determined that the second special picture is displayed, all the stacked gaming blocks are erased.
[0014]
(2) The gaming machine according to (1), wherein the CPU determines that the picture stopped and displayed at the predetermined position is the first special picture or the second special picture The game machine is characterized in that the game block to be dropped is not determined.
[0015]
(1 ′) A plurality of game blocks for displaying game blocks that are dropped from the upper part of the area in the game display area on the screen and stacked at the lower part of the area, and for selecting the game block in a block selection display area different from the game display area A screen display means for displaying a pattern of a type, a condition determination means for determining whether or not the gaming block satisfies a predetermined condition based on the arrangement and type of the gaming block, and a determination result of the condition determination means In response to this, a block erasing unit for erasing the game block, and a picture is selected from the plurality of pictures by a player's selection operation, and the block corresponding to the selected picture is dropped from the upper part of the game display area. A block determining means for making a game block to be played, wherein the plurality of types of pictures are variably displayed in the block selection display area. The design selection unit is displayed, and the block determination means determines whether the design displayed at a predetermined position of the design selection unit is a special design when the player's determination operation is performed, The game block is determined based on the picture displayed at the predetermined position, and the block erasure unit erases the game block corresponding to the special picture even when the block determination unit determines that the picture is a special picture. A gaming machine characterized by
According to the invention of (1 ′), the screen display means is provided, and on this screen display means, a game block that falls from the upper part of the area and is stacked at the lower part of the area, and a plurality of kinds of patterns for selecting the game block are displayed. The gaming machine that erases the block according to a predetermined condition based on the arrangement and type of the game block, selects a picture by a player's selection operation, determines the game block, and displays the picture displayed at a predetermined position of the picture selection unit The game machine erases the game block based on the image, and the game machine displays the picture displayed at a predetermined position in the picture selection unit in which the plurality of kinds of pictures are variably displayed when the player's determination operation is performed. Can be erased regardless of the predetermined condition of the stacked game blocks. As a result, the gaming machine causes the player to aim at the special symbol at the symbol selection portion of the block selection display area, and to stop the special symbol at a predetermined position, thereby erasing the blocks stacked in the game display area. Is possible. Therefore, it is possible to erase a large number of game blocks without depending on the block stacking procedure, and the interest can be enhanced even for players who are not accustomed to the lost article puzzle game.
[0016]
(2 ′) The gaming machine according to (1 ′), wherein the block determination unit is configured to determine a predetermined position of the picture display unit when variable display of the picture display unit is stopped by a player's selection operation. A game machine characterized in that it is determined whether or not the picture displayed on is a special picture.
(2 ')According to the invention, the gaming machine that displays the pattern selection unit in which a plurality of types of patterns are variably displayed stops the variable display by the player's selection operation, and the pattern displayed at a predetermined position is a game. Judgment is made whether the picture is a special pattern for erasing the block. Here, the “design selection unit” simulates the display of a reel on which a design is drawn in a slot game machine, for example. Therefore, the gaming machine can perform the selection operation as if it were a slot machine. Thus, the gaming machine also gives the player a sense of playing a slot game while playing a puzzle game, and can entertain different combinations of games.
[0017]

[0018]
(3 ')According to the invention, the gaming machine that displays the pattern selection unit in which a plurality of types of patterns are variably displayed stops the variable display by the player's selection operation, and the pattern displayed at a predetermined position is a game. It is determined whether the pattern is a special design for erasing the block. If the design is a special design, the game block is not determined. Therefore, in this case, the game block does not fall from the upper part of the game display area. As a result, in the above case, the blocks are not erased by stacking the game blocks in the lower part of the game display area, but the special picture is stopped and displayed in the predetermined area of the picture selection unit. The block is erased. Therefore, the gaming machine does not require the player to think about where to drop the blocks or combinations of blocks, and therefore can concentrate on performing a selection operation aiming at a special pattern variably displayed by the pattern selection unit. .
[0019]
(4 ') The game blocks that fall from the upper part of the area and are stacked at the lower part of the area are displayed in the game display area of the screen, and the game block that is determined to satisfy the predetermined condition based on the arrangement and type of the game block is deleted. A computer-readable storage medium storing a game program for causing a gaming machine having a display device and an input device to execute a game to be played, wherein the game block is selected in a block selection display area different from the game display area A step of displaying a plurality of types of patterns for displaying, a step of displaying a pattern selection unit in which the plurality of types of patterns are variably displayed in the block selection display area, and a plurality of patterns from the input device Is a step for determining whether the picture displayed at a predetermined position of the picture selection unit is a special picture. And determining a game block based on the picture displayed at the predetermined position, and erasing a game block corresponding to the special picture when it is determined to be the special picture. A storage medium on which a game program is recorded.
[0020]
(4 ')According to the invention, the game program recorded in the storage medium causes the information processing apparatus to display the game blocks that fall from the upper part of the area and are stacked in the lower part of the game display area on the screen, and the game block A game for deleting a game block determined to satisfy a predetermined condition based on the arrangement and type of the block is executed. In this case, the program selects a game block in the picture selection unit in the block selection display area. A plurality of types of patterns are displayed, and when there is an input from the input device, it is determined whether the pattern displayed at a predetermined position of the pattern selection unit is a special pattern. When the program determines that the picture is a special picture, the program erases the game block corresponding to the special picture. As a result, the game program causes the player to aim at the special symbol at the symbol selection unit in the block selection display area, and erase the blocks stacked in the game display area by stopping the special symbol at a predetermined position. Is possible.
