Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic having an excellent skin barrier reinforcing function.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
The stratum corneum of the skin is important as a barrier tissue that prevents the moisture in the body from evaporating and prevents the entry of substances from the outside world. The application of cosmetics containing ceramides is known to be effective in reinforcing this barrier ability (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-228048), but it has an effective penetration into the skin and long-term effects. Sustainability is not enough. On the other hand, a substance that promotes the synthesis of ceramide in epidermal cells has been found and a formulation for effectively increasing the amount of ceramide in the stratum corneum has been developed, but the barrier reinforcing effect is still insufficient. As a means for enhancing the barrier reinforcing effect, a method of combining two or more components having a barrier reinforcing effect is conceivable. However, the barrier reinforcing effect could not be sufficiently enhanced only by combining arbitrary barrier reinforcing agents.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a skin cosmetic having an excellent barrier reinforcing effect.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Surprisingly, the present inventors can obtain a cosmetic that exhibits a significantly superior barrier reinforcing effect by using a ceramide production promoter and tannin in combination as compared with the case where these components are used alone. I found out.
[0004]
That is, this invention provides the skin cosmetics containing (A) ceramide production promoter and (B) tannin.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

【Example】
Test Example 1 (Examples 1 to 5, Comparative Examples 1 to 3)
An emulsified cosmetic having the composition shown in Table 1 was prepared according to a conventional method, and its skin barrier ability was evaluated.
(Application method)
Applying the above emulsified cosmetics 3 times a day to the skin of the forearm section divided into 3 cm square, with 10 women aged 20 to 40 as subjects. The skin barrier ability is measured the day after application is completed for 3 weeks.
(Skin barrier ability measurement)
In absorbent cotton, add 30 μg / mL aqueous solution of riboflavin and contact the skin for 1 minute. Remove absorbent cotton and wipe off water drops. Strip the section 5 times with cellophane tape (Nichiban) and collect the riboflavin that has penetrated the stratum corneum. The tape is sonicated in 1% SDS aqueous solution, the stratum corneum is removed with a 0.45 m filter, and the riboflavin concentration in the extract is quantified at an excitation wavelength of 483 nm and a measurement wavelength of 526 nm. It shows that skin barrier ability is so high that this value is low.
