Claims (6)
- 燃焼ガスの供給源側に連絡する一次側開口とトーチ側に連絡する二次側開口を有する流路を形成したケース本体と、上記流路を開放する二次側位置と該流路を閉塞する一次側位置に移動可能に設けられたスピンドルと、該スピンドルを二次側位置方向へ付勢し、二次側開口から一次側開口へ向かう逆流の圧力により上記スピンドルが一次側位置方向へ移動することを許容するスピンドルばねと、上記二次側開口近くに設けられ、上記逆流に伴う逆火を消炎するフィルターと、上記流路を閉塞する突出位置に向けて移動可能に設けられ、周囲温度が高温になったとき低温溶融物が溶融して上記突出位置に移動できるよう低温溶融物により後退位置に仮固定された遮断弁と、該遮断弁を突出位置に向けて付勢する遮断弁ばねを具備し、上記流路の一次側開口近くに一次側開口から二次側開口へ向かう正常流により流路を開放するよう移動する逆止弁を設け、該逆止弁の内方に上記遮断弁を設けたことを特徴とする乾式ガス安全器。
- 上記逆止弁は保持筒を有する逆止弁本体を具備し、該保持筒内に上記遮断弁の遮断弁本体と上記遮断弁ばねを挿入し、該遮断弁本体と上記保持筒間に上記低温溶融物を充填し遮断弁本体を後退位置に仮固定している請求項1に記載の乾式ガス安全器。
- 上記遮断弁本体を仮固定した逆止弁本体は一次側開口から流路内に挿入され、シートパッキングを有するシートパッキング本体を逆止弁本体の外方に固定することによりケース本体に組み込まれている請求項2に記載の乾式ガス安全器。
- 上記シートパッキング本体は外周に係止爪を有し、該係止爪をケース本体の内面に形成した環状溝に係合することにより該ケース本体に固定されている請求項3に記載の乾式ガス安全器。
- 上記流路は一次側開口に通じる第1流路と、該第1流路と交叉する方向に延び二次側開口に通じる第2流路を有し、上記遮断弁は第1流路内に設けられ、上記スピンドル及びフィルターは上記第2流路内に設けられている請求項1に記載の乾式ガス安全器。
- 上記ケース本体には逆流の圧力により一次側位置へ移動したスピンドルをその位置に拘束する拘束手段が設けられている請求項1に記載の乾式ガス安全器。
