Abstract
【解決手段】分配負荷軽減を備える迅速閉鎖弁は、特に酸素フランツに使用されて、本来の密封体10が弁管2の内部に二部材に形成されていて、そのハウジング部材16と17により弁ばね8を受けている。ガスは密封体10の周りに案内されるので、ガス圧が手動レバー3を介して操作を奏し得ない。適切に前方ハウジング部材16の後部に位置する後方ハウジング部材17が流れに有効に形成された前方ハウジング部材16の内部に弁ばね8の力に逆らって移動でき、しかも手動レバー3によって移動できるので、この手動レバーがガス圧により無関係に正確に分配して操作され得る。

Claims (12)
- 酸素フランツや複数バール上昇ガスを案内する他の容易な点火可能な管用の分配負荷軽減を備えて、弁(1)を通過するガス量が手で制御でき、そのために、貫流通路(7)内に弁ばね(8)の力に逆らって軸方向移動可能で弁ばね(8)によって密封座(11)に保持された密封体(10)が配置されていて、密封体がガス供給(9)と反対を向いた側面(12)に突き出す接合部(15)を介して弁管(2)に旋回可能に取付けられた手動レバー(3)の圧力部材(4)により密封体(10)を貫流通路(7)内に連行して移動できる迅速閉鎖弁において、密封体(10)が二部材で弁ばね(8)を収容して中空に形成されていて、ガス供給(9)に向いたハウジング部材(16)が貫流通路(7)内に固定され、後方ハウジング部材(17)が密封座(11)を開放して前方ハウジング部材(16)に弁ばね(8)の力に逆らって移動でき、逆に弁ばね(8)によって密封座(11)に保持されていることを特徴とする迅速閉鎖弁。
- 前方ハウジング部材(16)がガス供給(9)の内に到達する円錐先端(18)を備えて一つの孔輪を介して貫流通路(7)の壁(19)と接続されるか、或いは壁に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- ガス供給(9)から見て特に20個の孔(22、23)を備える孔輪(20)には25mm通路直径で環状通路(21)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 円錐先端(18)が前方ハウジング部材(16)の丸くなった屋根(25)に移行してガス流をほぼ積層状に案内して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 前方ハウジング部材(16)内で移動可能に開放する後方ハウジング部材(17)のハウジングスリーブ(26)が円筒状に且つ二つの密封リング(27、28)を外面(29)に有して形成されていて、前方ハウジング部材(16)が対応する内孔(30)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- ハウジングスリーブ(26)が軸方向孔(32)を有し、この軸方向孔が後方ハウジング部材(17)のパッキング斜面(34)の側で終了する半径方向孔(33)に移行してそれに伴って貫流通路(7)或いは周辺通路(38)に対する流れ結合部(35)を設定して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 接合部(15)が後部、即ち後方のハウジング部材(17)のパッキング斜面(34)を備えて対応するねじ(39、40)を有し、その際に密封座(11)と対応するパッキング斜面(34)がパッキングリング(41)とハウジングスリーブ(26)に固定して接続できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 孔輪(20)の孔(22、23)により形成された周辺通路(38)が密封座(11)の後に装着する傾斜孔(43、44)に傾斜孔空間(45)を備えて、そこから手動グッリプ収容部(47)の傍を通って案内する孔通路(48)に移行して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 密封座(11)と傾斜孔(43、44)が接合部(15)を案内する挿入部材(46)に付属されていて、接合部(15)には傾斜孔空間(45)を密封する密封部材(50)がリングウエブ(51)を備えて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 手動レバー(3)が手動グッリプ収容部(47)の縁側に配置された軸(54)を中心に旋回でき、上に突き出す圧力部材(4)には圧力領域(55)に配置された球(56)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 球(56)が圧力部材(4)にねじ込みできるねじ保持体(57)に付属されていて、接合部(15)の自由先端(58)が傾斜されるか、或いは切断されるか、或いは風化されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
- 密封体(10)が接合部(15)を備えて、挿入部材(46)が傾斜孔(43、44)を備えてホーススリーブ(60)介して弁管(2)に固定できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の迅速閉鎖弁。
