Claims (28)
- プロセス制御システムにおいて、スマートフィールドデバイスのアラートメッセージを生成する方法であって、
異なるレベルの重要度を表す独立して報告可能な複数のアラートパラメータの各アラートパラメータにスマートフィールドデバイスの複数のデバイス状態の各々を一意に関連付けするステップと、
前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関連する状態を検出するステップと、
検出された前記状態の存在を示すために、独立して報告可能な前記複数のアラートパラメータのうち対応する一つのアクティブアラートパラメータ内に検出された状態を表す第一の情報を格納するステップと、
独立して報告可能な前記複数のアラートパラメータのうちの一つを生成するために、独立して報告可能な一つのアラートパラメータと関連付けられたデバイス状態に対応する一部のスマートフィールドデバイスの複数のデバイス状態において、報告可能なデバイスの状態を示すマスクパラメータを、前記アクティブアラートパラメータに結合するステップと、
前記独立して報告可能なアラートパラメータのうちの一つに基づいて前記アラートメッセージを生成するステップと
を有している方法。 - 前記スマートフィールドデバイスの複数の前記デバイス状態の各々に独立して報告可能な複数のアラートパラメータのうちの対応する一つを一意に関連付けする前記ステップは、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの故障に関連するアラートパラメータ、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの保守に関連するアラートパラメータ、および前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関する推奨情報に関連するアラートパラメータに、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの複数の前記デバイス状態を一意に関連付けするステップを有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関連する前記状態を検出する前記ステップは、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの故障に関連する状態、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの保守に関連する状態、および前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関する推奨可能アクションに関連する状態のうちの一つを検出するステップを有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 検出された前記状態の存在を示すために、独立して報告可能な前記複数のアラートパラメータのうちの前記一つに対応する前記アクティブアラートパラメータ内に前記第一の情報を格納する前記ステップは、検出された前記状態に一意に対応するビットを前記アクティブアラートパラメータ内に設定するステップを有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第二のパラメータを生成するために、前記アクティブアラートパラメータに前記マスクパラメータを結合する前記ステップは、前記マスクパラメータおよび前記第一のパラメータに対して論理AND操作を行う行為を有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記独立して報告可能な一つのアラートパラメータに基づいて前記アラートメッセージを生成する前記ステップは、検出された前記状態に一意に関連付けされる重要度を格納するためにアラートメッセージ内にあるサブコードフィールドを含む前記アラートメッセージを生成するステップを有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 推奨アクションパラメータ内に、検出された前記状態に応じた推奨アクションを示す第二の情報を格納するステップをさらに有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記推奨アクションパラメータ内に、前記第二の情報を格納する前記ステップは、前記スマートフィールドデバイス内に格納されているテキスト情報を格納するステップを有している、請求項7記載の方法。
- 独立して報告可能な前記アラートパラメータの各々に対して優先順位を定義するために、複数の優先順位パラメータを設定するステップをさらに有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- スマートフィールドデバイスのアラームメッセージを生成する方法であって、
スマートフィールドデバイスの複数のデバイス状態の各々のデバイス状態を、異なるレベルの重要度にそれぞれ対応付けられると共に独立して報告可能な複数のアラームのうち対応する独立して報告可能な一つのアラームに関連付けするステップと、
前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関連する状態を検出するステップと、
前記状態の検出に応じて、検出された状態に関連する独立して報告可能な一つのアラームに対応するパラメータ内に検出された状態を表す第一の情報を格納するステップと、
検出された状態と、その検出された状態に関連する独立して報告可能な一つの前記アラームとを報告する前記アラートメッセージを生成するステップと
を有する方法。 - 前記スマートフィールドデバイスの複数の前記デバイス状態を独立して報告可能な前記複数のアラームに関連付けする前記ステップは、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの故障、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの保守、および前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関する推奨情報に、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの複数の前記デバイス状態を関連付けするステップを有している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関連する前記状態を検出する前記ステップは、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの故障に関連する状態、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの保守に関連する状態、および前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関する推奨可能アクションに関連する状態のうちの一つを検出するステップを有している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記状態の検出に応答して、前記パラメータに前記第一の情報を格納する前記ステップは、ビットを前記パラメータ内に設定するステップを有している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記アラートメッセージを生成するステップは、検出された前記状態に一意に関連付けされる重要度を格納するために前記アラートメッセージ内にあるサブコードフィールドを含む前記アラートメッセージを生成するステップを有している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 検出された前記状態に応じた推奨アクションに関連するパラメータ内に、検出された前記状態に応じた推奨アクションを示す第二の情報を格納するステップをさらに有している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 検出された前記状態に応答する前記推奨アクションに関連する前記パラメータ内に前記第二の情報を格納する前記ステップは、前記スマートフィールドデバイス内に格納されているテキスト情報に関連する情報を格納するステップを有している、請求項15記載の方法。
- 独立して報告可能な前記アラームの各々に対して優先順位を定義するために、複数の優先順位パラメータを設定するステップをさらに有している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記アラートメッセージを生成するまえに、検出された状態に関連する独立して報告可能な一つのアラームに対応する前記パラメータに、独立して報告可能な一つのアラートパラメータと関連付けられたデバイス状態に対応するスマートフィールドデバイスの複数のデバイス状態の一部における報告可能なデバイスの状態を示すマスクパラメータを結合するステップをさらに有している、請求項10記載の方法。
- プロセス制御システムにおいて利用されるスマートフィールドデバイスであって、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサに結合されたメモリとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの複数のデバイス状態の各々のデバイス状態を、異なるレベルの重要度にそれぞれ対応付けられると共に独立して報告可能な複数のアラームのうち対応する独立して報告可能な一つのアラームに関連付けし、かつ前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関連する状態を検出するようにプログラミングされ、
前記プロセッサは、前記状態の検出に応答して、検出された状態に関連する独立して報告可能な一つのアラームに対応付けたパラメータに検出された状態を表す第一の情報格納し、かつ検出された状態に関連する独立して報告可能な一つの前記アラーム及び装置の状態を報告するアラートメッセージを生成するようにさらにプログラミングされるように構成されているスマートフィールドデバイス。 - 前記アラートメッセージがFieldbusアラームメッセージであるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの故障、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの保守、および前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関する推奨情報に、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの複数の前記デバイス状態を関連付けするようにさらにプログラミングされるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの故障に関連する状態、前記スマートフィールドデバイスの保守に関連する状態、および前記スマートフィールドデバイスに関する推奨可能なアクションに関連する状態のうちの一つを検出するようにさらにプログラミングされるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 独立して報告可能な一つの前記アラームに対応する前記パラメータ内でビットを設定することにより、前記パラメータ内に前記第一の情報を格納するようにさらにプログラミングされるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、検出された前記状態に一意に関連付けされる重要度を格納するために前記アラートメッセージ内にあるサブコードフィールドを含む前記アラームメッセージを生成するようにさらにプログラミングされるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、検出された前記状態に応答する推奨アクションに関連するパラメータ内に、検出された前記状態に応じた推奨アクションを示す第二の情報を格納するようにさらにプログラミングされるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 前記第二の情報は、前記スマートフィールドデバイス内に格納されているテキスト情報に関連する情報を有するように構成されている、請求項25記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、独立して報告可能な前記アラームの各々に対して優先順位を定義するために複数の優先順位パラメータを設定するようにプログラミングされるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記アラームメッセージを生成するまえに、独立して報告可能な前記複数のアラームのうち対応する一つの前記パラメータに、独立して報告可能な一つのアラートパラメータと関連付けられたデバイス状態に対応するスマートフィールドデバイスの複数のデバイス状態の一部における報告可能なデバイスの状態を示すマスクパラメータを結合するようにさらにプログラミングされるように構成されている、請求項19記載のスマートフィールドデバイス。
