Claims (7)
- 自動車の構造部材として使用される衝撃吸収部材であって、
衝撃を直接受ける圧縮面と、この圧縮面に対面した引張面と、この圧縮面と引張面とを結合する2つの側面とからなる四角中空長材であり、前記2つの側面を構成する面部材が、前記圧縮面を構成する面部材よりも、引張り歪みが大きく、前記衝撃吸収部材の面部材は、繊維方向を略一方向に揃えたシート状繊維強化材を積層させた構造であって、前記シート状繊維強化材は、2つの側面を構成する面部材が、長手方向45度のUD材を少なくとも一層含み、圧縮面を構成する面部材が、長手方向0度のUD材を少なくとも一層含む繊維強化材料からなる衝撃吸収部材。 - 前記衝撃吸収部材の面部材は、繊維方向を略一方向に揃えたシート状繊維強化材を積層させた構造であって、一のシート状繊維強化材の繊維方向と、積層する他のシート状繊維強化材の繊維方向とが一定の角度を有して積層された面部材である請求項1記載の衝撃吸収部材。
- 前記引張り歪みが大きい繊維強化材料は、一のシート状繊維強化材の繊維方向が、長手方向に対して一の角度を有し、積層する他のシート状繊維強化材の繊維方向が、前記一の角度とは異なる角度を有し、これらのシート状繊維強化材が積層された面部材である請求項2記載の衝撃吸収部材。
- 前記シート状繊維強化材は、繊維強化材料である請求項2又は請求項3記載の衝撃吸収部材。
- 前記繊維強化材料は、カーボン繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)である請求項4記載の衝撃吸収部材。
- 請求項1から請求項5いずれか記載の衝撃吸収部材を構造部材に用いた自動車。
- 自動車の構造部材として、衝撃を直接受ける圧縮面と、この圧縮面に対面した引張面と、この圧縮面と引張面とを結合する2つの側面とからなる四角中空長材の前記2つの側面を構成する面部材に対して、前記圧縮面を構成する面部材よりも、引張り歪みが大きく、前記衝撃吸収部材の面部材は、繊維方向を略一方向に揃えたシート状繊維強化材を積層させた構造であって、前記シート状繊維強化材は、2つの側面を構成する面部材が、長手方向45度のUD材を少なくとも一層含み、圧縮面を構成する面部材が、長手方向0度のUD材を少なくとも一層含む繊維強化材料を用いることで、自動車の衝撃吸収を向上させる方法。
