Description
本発明の特定の実施形態を説明及び記載したが、本発明の精神及び範囲から逸脱することなく、様々なその他の変形及び変更が可能であることは、当業者に明らかであるだろう。したがって、本発明の範囲内にあるそのようなすべての変形及び変更を添付の特許請求の範囲で扱うものとする。
Claims (8)
- インピーダンスを有する基質の湿分含量を測定するためのセンサーであって、
一対の概ね平行な第一及び第二のストリップを有して結合すきまをそれらの間に画定する方向性結合器と、
高周波信号発生器であって、前記第一のストリップに電気的に結合され、前記結合すきまを横切って置かれた前記基質を介して前記第二のストリップに対して電力を結合可能なように動作可能であり、これにより前記インピーダンスに関係する振幅を有する結合電力信号を前記第二のストリップ内に発生させ、それによって前記基質の湿分含量を示す、高周波信号発生器と、
誘電率を有するプリント基板と、
を含み、
前記方向性結合器の第一及び第二のストリップは前記プリント基板上に支持され、
前記高周波信号発生器は前記プリント基板上に組み込まれる
センサー。 - 前記高周波信号発生器は、前記第一のストリップに順電力信号を発生し、前記第二のストリップに逆電力信号を発生するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 前記第一及び第二のストリップ電気的に結合されたミクサ回路であって、
前記第一のストリップから前記順電力信号を受信し、
前記第二のストリップから前記逆電力信号を受信し、
それによって、前記基質の湿分含量に関連する値を有する出力電圧信号を発生する
ように動作可能である、ミクサ回路をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のセンサー。 - 前記高周信号波発生器は30MHz〜3GHzの間の範囲で動作する、請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 前記高周波信号発生器は、電磁界を発生するように動作可能であり、
前記電磁界は、前記方向性結合器の前記第一及び第二のストリップを結合し、
前記電磁界は、前記第一および第二のストリップに関連する有効測定調査深度を規定する
請求項1に記載のセンサー。 - 基質の湿分含量を測定するためのセンサーであって、
前記センサーは、
一対の概ね平行な第一及び第二のストリップを有して結合すきまをそれらの間に画定する方向性結合器と、
前記第一のストリップに電気的に結合された高周波信号発生器であって、前記高周波信号発生器は、前記結合すきまを横切って置かれた前記基質を介して前記第二のストリップに対して電力を結合可能なように動作可能であり、これにより前記基質の湿分含量に関係する振幅を有する結合電力信号を前記第二のストリップ内に発生させる、高周波信号発生器と
を備え、
前記高周波信号発生器は、電磁界を発生するように動作可能であり、
前記電磁界は、前記方向性結合器の前記第一及び第二のストリップを結合して、有効測定調査深度を規定し、
前記センサーはプリント基板を有し、前記プリント基板は、誘電率と、前記第一及び第二のストリップの所定の寸法と、前記第一及び第二のストリップの間の結合すきまと、前記信号発生器によって供給される所定の電力とを有し、
前記有効測定調査深度は可変であり、前記有効測定調査深度は、次のグループ、すなわち、前記誘電率、前記第一及び第二ストリップの前記寸法、前記結合すきま、および、前記信号発生器によって供給される電力からなるグループのうちから選択される要因に依存する
センサー。 - 一対の概ね平行な第一及び第二のストリップをそれぞれ有する複数の方向性結合器であって、前記一対の概ね平行な第一及び第二のストリップは、その間に結合すきまを画定する、複数の方向性結合器と、
前記方向性結合器それぞれの前記第一のストリップに電気的に結合された、高周波信号発生器であって、前記高周波信号発生器は、前記方向性結合器それぞれの前記結合すきま横切って置かれた基質を介して前記方向性結合器それぞれの前記第二のストリップに電力を供給するように動作可能であり、それによって、前記高周波信号発生器は、前記対応するそれぞれの第二のストリップ内に、前記対応する基質それぞれの湿分含量に関連する振幅を有する結合電力信号を発生する、高周波信号発生器
をさらに備える、請求項5に記載のセンサー。 - 前記複数の方向性結合器のうち少なくとも2つは、異なる有効測定調査深度を有する、請求項7に記載のセンサー。
