Description
自車の車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
定速走行制御の開始を指示する指示手段と、
指示手段によって定速走行制御の開始が指示された時の車速を目標車速として、自車を当該目標車速で走行させるように、自車の駆動力を制御する定速走行制御手段と、
アクセルペダルの操作量を検出するアクセルセンサと、
指示手段によって、定速走行制御の開始が指示されると、アクセルペダル操作によるエンジン出力の調節機能を無効化する無効化手段と、
目標車速に対応するアクセルペダルの操作量を記憶するとともに、当該操作量に対して所定量以上のアクセルペダル操作が検出されたときに、目標車速を、そのアクセルペダル操作に応じて変更する目標車速変更手段とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 自車の車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
定速走行制御の開始を指示する指示手段と、
前記指示手段によって定速走行制御の開始が指示された時の車速を目標車速として、自車を当該目標車速で走行させるように、自車の駆動力を制御する定速走行制御手段と、
アクセルペダルの操作量を検出するアクセルセンサと、
前記指示手段によって、定速走行制御の開始が指示されると、前記アクセルペダル操作によるエンジン出力の調節機能を無効化する無効化手段と、
前記目標車速に対応するアクセルペダルの操作量を記憶するとともに、当該操作量に対して所定量以上のアクセルペダル操作が検出されたときに、前記目標車速を、そのアクセルペダル操作に応じて変更する目標車速変更手段とを備えることを特徴とする定速走行制御装置。 - 前記目標車速変更手段は、アクセルペダルが、アクセルペダルを踏み増しする方向に操作され、その操作量が前記所定量以上となったとき、前記目標車速を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定速走行制御装置。
- 前記目標車速変更手段は、アクセルペダルが、アクセルペダルを戻す方向に操作され、その操作量が前記所定量以下となったとき、前記目標車速を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定速走行制御装置。
- 前記目標車速変更手段は、前記目標車速をステップ上に変化させることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の定速走行制御装置。
- 前記アクセルペダルが、前記目標車速に対応するアクセルペダルの操作量に対して、前記所定量以上操作されて、前記目標車速が変更される時、アクセルペダルの操作量がその変更後の目標車速に対応するアクセルペダルの操作量範囲内である限り、前記定速走行制御手段は、前記変更後の目標車速に基づいて、定速走行制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の定速走行制御装置。
