Description
センサは非接触結合されること。
センサに任意のアイソレータ(ポリマ)を全体的にコーティングできること。
機械的な安定性。というのも、センサはプリント基板上に設けられるからだ。
プリント基板において、容量性結合面間で流体伝導が可能であること。
ボンディングされる素子の固定接着材が不必要であること。
プリント基板に対して熱結合が良好であること。
多くの結合面を非常に狭い空間に実現できること。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1つの弾性表面波素子と、流体通路と、高周波信号のための供給線路および導出線路と、該弾性表面波素子(5)の高周波信号を供給および導出するための結合コンデンサとを有するセンサであって、
加工されたプリント基板である基板(4)を有しており、
該プリント基板は、該プリント基板と気密に接合されたフレームを支持し、
該プリント基板は、流体通路(6)を含んでおり、
該結合コンデンサの容量性の結合面(3a,3b)のうち一方の結合面(3b)を、該プリント基板が担持し、該一方の結合面(3b)に対向する他方の結合面(3a)は該弾性表面波素子(5)に取り付けられており、
該フレームは、弾性表面波素子を収容するために使用されることを特徴とするセンサ。 - 前記フレームと基板(4)との間に面状シールが配置されており、
面状シールは前記フレームに圧着されており、弾性表面波素子(5)を固定する、請求項1記載のセンサ。 - 前記フレームは、弾性表面波素子(5)に密着して包囲する、請求項1または2記載のセンサ。
- 前記センサのフレームに8個の弾性表面波素子が取り付けられており、
前記弾性表面波素子は2つのグループで、分岐された流体通路(6)に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。
