Claims (14)
- 管状の内側部材(2)と,内側スリーブ(3)と,クランプリング(5)と,弧状の歯形部(61)を有する歯付リング(6)と,外側スリーブ(4)とを具えるクイックリリース型管継手であって,外側スリーブ(4)が,内径(d1,d2,d3)の異なる少なくとも2個の円筒形状領域と,クランプリング(5)を受ける円錐形状領域とを有し,内側スリーブ(3)が,ほぼ同一の半円断面を有する2個のシェル部材(31,32)で構成されていることを特徴とするクイックリリース型管継手。
- 内側スリーブ(3)のシェル部材(31,32)が外ねじ(36)を有し,該外ねじ(36)上に,内ねじ(41)を有する外側スリーブ(4)がねじ結合可能とされていることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 内側スリーブ(3)が,半径方向外向きを指向するフィンガ(37)を具え,該フィンガ(37)は,歯付リング(6)を担持すると共に少なくとも予備組立て状態で保持する表面形状を有することを特徴とする,請求項1又は2記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 内側スリーブ(3)が,内向きに突出する2個の環状突部(33,34)を内周側に有し,該突部(33,34)は,対応する別の突部(24)を受けるための外周溝(35)を内側部材(2)の外面に限定することを特徴とする,請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- クランプリング(5)が円周方向スリット(54)を有し,かつ,外側スリーブ(4)の円錐形状領域内に附勢状態で配置されていることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- クランプリング(5)が,内周面に少なくとも1個の突部(53)を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 外側スリーブ(4)が,円錐形状を有するクランプリング(5)を受けるための円錐形状領域(42)を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 内側スリーブ(3,31,32)が,外側スリーブ(4)用の環状ストッパ(38)を外周部に有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 内側部材(2)が,外径の異なる少なくとも2個の管状領域を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 内側部材(2)が,シールリング(22)を収めるための少なくとも2本の溝(21)を有し,該シールリング(22)が,内側部材(2)を配管(20)及び管継手部材(10)に対してシールすることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 歯付リング(6)が円周方向に閉じていることを特徴とする,請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 外側スリーブ(4)及び/又は内側スリーブ(3,31,32)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 外側スリーブ(4)及び/又は内側スリーブ(3,31,32)が透明であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
- 軸線方向に見て,先ず内側スリーブ(3,31,32)を内側部材(2)上に配置し,次に歯付リング(6)及びクランプリング(5)を配置すると共に外側スリーブ(4)を,クランプリング(5)及び歯付リング(12)を把持しつつ,内側スリーブ(3,31,32)のストッパ(38)に至るまで内側スリーブ(3,31,32)上にねじ結合してなることを特徴とする,請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のクイックリリース型管継手。
