Description

Claims (17)
- 入口および出口を有し、前記入口と前記出口との間の内壁を有する室を囲むケーシングと、
前記室内に設けられ、回転して、流体を前記入口から前記室および拡散チャネルを通り前記ケーシングからの吐出用の出口にまで流体を流すように設けた回転翼と、
前記内壁または該壁と接続した取付用ブラケットに設けられ、プレートの一表面から他の表面にまで延びる複数の貫通する空隙部を有する第1のプレートと、
前記第1のプレートに設けられ、プレートの一表面から他の表面にまで延びる複数の貫通する空隙部を有する第2のプレートとを有し、
前記壁または前記取付用ブラケットは、前記第1のプレートの前記空隙部の一端を塞ぎ、
前記空隙部は前記室内で生じた音響エネルギーを減衰させる流体圧縮装置。 - 前記各プレートの前記空隙部は、前記プレートの1表面から延びる複数の空洞と、前記各プレートの反対側表面から各空洞にまで延びる複数の共鳴器口とを有し、前記第1のプレートの前記空洞は、前記内壁または取付用ブラケットへの取付けによって塞がれた請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記共鳴器口の径は、前記空洞の径よりも小さい請求項2に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記第1のプレートの前記表面の1つは前記壁または前記取付用ブラケットに隣接する請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記回転翼は、前記室と流体流が連通する複数の流体通路を有し、それによって流体が前記流体通路を通して流れる請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記室は、前記回転翼を受け入れる領域および前記領域と連通する拡散チャネルを有し、前記第1のプレートは、前記拡散チャネルを囲む壁に設けられ、前記流体は前記領域から前記拡散チャネルにまで流れる請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 複数の前記空隙部は、各プレートに一様に分布している請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記第1のプレートおよび前記第2のプレートの前記空隙部の個数および大きさは、前記音響ライナーに同調して音響エネルギーの主要な騒音成分を減衰させる請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記壁に向き合って延びる他の壁に設けられ、プレートの1表面から他の表面にまで延びる比較的貫通している複数の空隙部を有する別のプレートと、前記空隙部の一端を塞いで共鳴器列を形成して前記室で生じた音響エネルギーを減衰させる他の壁とをさらに有する請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記空隙部は、前記他の壁によって塞がれた前記別のプレートの1表面から延びる複数の空洞と、前記別のプレートの反対側表面から各前記空洞に延びる複数の共鳴器口とを有する請求項9に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記別のプレートの前記共鳴器口の径は、前記空洞の径よりも小さい請求項10に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記入口と接続した導管、および、前記導管の内壁に設けられ、プレートの1表面から他の表面にまで延びる比較的貫通している複数の空隙部を有するさらに別のプレートを有し、前記導管の内壁は、前記空隙部の一端を塞いで、共鳴器列を形成して前記導管に生じた音響エネルギーを減衰させる請求項1に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記さらに別のプレートは、前記導管の内表面に合致するように湾曲している請求項12に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記空隙部は、前記導管によって塞がれている前記さらに別のプレートの1表面から延びる複数の空洞と、前記さらに別のプレートの反対側表面から各前記空洞まで延びる複数の共鳴器口とを有する請求項12に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 前記さらに別のプレートの前記共鳴器口の径は前記空洞の径よりも小さい請求項14に記載の流体圧縮装置。
- 各プレートは、ディスク状体または湾曲したシェルを有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 入口および出口を有し、前記入口と前記出口との間の内壁を有する室を囲むケーシングと、
前記室内に設けられ、回転して、流体を前記入口から前記室および拡散チャネルを通り前記ケーシングからの吐出用の出口にまで流体を流すように設けた回転翼と、
前記内壁に設けられ、シェルの一表面から他の表面にまで延びる複数の貫通する空隙部を有する第1の湾曲したシェルと、
前記第1の湾曲したシェルに設けられ、シェルの一表面から他の表面にまで延びる複数の貫通する空隙部を有する第2の湾曲したシェルとを有し、
前記壁は、前記第1の湾曲したシェルの前記空隙部の一端を塞ぎ、
前記空隙部は前記室内で生じた音響エネルギーを減衰させる流体圧縮装置。
