Abstract

本发明提供了一种往复活塞式气体压缩机中辅机内的脉动衰减器,所要解决的技术问题是:压缩机在运行中,脉动气体会使管道产生强烈的振动,产生的管道振动会造成管道开裂,威胁系统的安全。本发明的积极效果是:在各辅机中加入脉动衰减器,使脉动压力明显减弱。这样,管道振动降到最低,使系统中管道部分的安全得到充分的保障。

技术领域
本发明可广泛应用到石油、化工、化肥等行业的往复活塞式气体压缩机中。
背景技术
往复活塞式气体压缩机在运行中,会产生气流脉冲振动。运行实践得知,脉冲振动都发生在管路中。一旦振动大,将会对系统的运行产生相当大的危害。轻者将会使管道振动,机组固定不牢靠。重者会使管道振裂,使可易燃、易爆、有毒等气体泄漏,危及周围环境及人身安全,严重威胁系统的安全运行。这是压缩机长期得不到解决的技术难题。
过去的压缩机对于脉冲振动的问题,只能用加固机组来抵抗脉冲振动。没有从根本上解决脉冲振动的问题。使压缩机在运行的过程中,仍存在较大的隐患。
发明内容
本发明是针对压缩机的脉冲振动这一危害进行设计的。它使气体的脉冲振动降低,从而消除脉冲振动带来的安全隐患。
往复活塞式气体压缩机在工作运行中,活塞压缩气体,气体成脉冲状进入管道中,这就会引起管道的振动。一般都是用加固机组来抵抗脉冲振动。这只能使机组牢固,但脉冲振动仍然存在,压缩机还存在着隐患。因此,衰减脉冲振动,使其降至最低,是设计考虑的着重点。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:往复活塞式气体压缩机在气体排出时,通过脉动衰减器,使大球面波变成众多杂散的小球面波,使脉动幅值下降,达到降低脉冲振动的作用。这就使管道振动降到最低,使往复活塞式气体压缩机系统运行稳定,避免了一些事故的发生。
本发明与现有的技术方案相比,使管道振动降到最低。消除了管道振动带来的一些隐患。从而避免了事故的发生。

具体实施方式
压缩机在工作运行中,活塞压缩气体,使气体产生脉冲流动。气体从气缸排出进入辅机过程中,穿过脉动衰减器,脉动衰减器使气体的大球面波变成众多杂散的小球面波,使脉动幅值下降,从而使脉冲振动降低。

Claims (1)

1.脉动衰减器安装在压缩机进排气缓冲器的进排气口处,并在衰减器加工大小不等数量不同的孔。其特征是:气流流经脉动衰减器后,使脉动气体的大球面波变成众多杂散的小球面波。从而使压力不均匀度下降,改善缓冲效果,降低气流脉动引起的管系及压缩机本体推动。
