Description
R={(ng−n0)/(ng+n0)}2
難染色レンズ素材と易染色レンズ素材を重合密着させて染色可能な樹脂レンズを作成する例を示す。
孔あけ加工等機械加工の難しい樹脂素材に加工が容易な樹脂素材を重合密着させ、機械加工が容易な樹脂レンズに改良する例を示す。
耐衝撃性の低い素材レンズ(本例ではハードコート及びマルチコートを施されたレンズ)に耐衝撃性の高い素材を重合密着させることにより耐衝撃性を改良する例について述べる。
高屈折率樹脂素材を用いた中間部材に低屈折率樹脂素材を重合密着させて表面反射率を低減させる場合について説明する。

干渉縞発生の多い素材のレンズ表面に干渉縞の発生が少ない素材を重合密着する例を説明する。

Claims (3)
- エピスルフィド樹脂を、流動性がなく、屈折力は有するが完成品レンズとしての性能は有していない成形体となし、
該成形体の被密着面にキャビティを形成し、該キャビティに前記樹脂素材とは異なる種類の素材原料を注入してキャビティ内で重合硬化させることにより、前記成形体の表面に該異なる種類の樹脂素材がほぼ一定の厚みを有し、実質的に屈折力を有しない層として密着し一体化した樹脂成型物を得ることにより、
表面反射特性、耐衝撃性、染色性、及び加工性のうちの少なくとも1種の性質が前記成形体より向上したレンズを製造することを特徴とする、樹脂レンズの製造方法。 - 前記ほぼ一定の厚みを有する層の樹脂素材としてウレタン樹脂を用いることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の樹脂レンズの製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法により製造された樹脂レンズ。
