Abstract
【解決手段】蓄光顔料の表面が高分子樹脂の皮膜によってコーティングされた蓄光粒子体と、液体との接触によって膨潤する性質を有したハニカム構造の有機高分子と、多孔質の無機粉体とがビヒクルに混合されている。蓄光顔料としては、アルミン酸ストロンチウムを使用するが、ハニカム構造の有機高分子及び多孔質の無機粉体を配合するため、沈殿したり、固形化することがなく、長期間安定して使用できる。

Description
A ポリグルタミン酸、又は長鎖型アミノ酸を化学反応によって高分子化及びハニカム構造化した物質からなり、液体との接触によって膨潤する性質を有したハニカム構造の有機高分子

A ポリグルタミン酸、又は長鎖型アミノ酸を化学反応によって高分子化及びハニカム構造化した物質からなり、液体との接触によって膨潤する性質を有したハニカム構造の有機高分子

加熱によって溶融した飽和ポリエステル樹脂に、蓄光顔料としてアルミン酸ストロンチウム粉体を70重量%混合して攪拌し、冷却した後、粉砕して粒径10μmの蓄光粒子体を得た。蓄光粒子体400gに対して、ポリグルタミン酸を10g、嵩密度0.1の多孔質のSiO2を10g秤量し、市販の水性エマルジョンからなるインキ基材1000gに混入し、攪拌して分散させて蓄光性インキを作製した。
飽和ポリエステル樹脂を加熱して溶融し、この溶融液に蓄光顔料としての粒径25μmのアルミン酸ストロンチウム粉体を70重量%混合して攪拌し、冷却した。その後、粉砕して粒径40μmの蓄光粒子体を得た。この蓄光粒子体500gに対し、ポリグルタミン酸を10g、嵩密度0.1の多孔質のSiO2を10g加えて、ウレタンアクリレートを主体とした紫外線硬化樹脂500gに混入し、攪拌しながら分散して蓄光性インキを作製した。
Claims (11)
- 蓄光顔料の表面が高分子樹脂の皮膜によってコーティングされた蓄光粒子体と、液体との接触によって膨潤する性質を有したハニカム構造の有機高分子と、多孔質の無機粉体とがビヒクルに混合されて構成されており、
前記ハニカム構造の有機高分子はポリグルタミン酸、又は長鎖型アミノ酸を化学反応によって高分子化及びハニカム構造化した物質であることを特徴とするインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。 - 紫外線硬化樹脂がさらに混合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。
- 前記蓄光顔料はアルミン酸ストロンチウムであり、前記コーティングの高分子樹脂はアクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ウレタン樹脂又はポリエステル樹脂の内の一種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。
- 前記多孔質の無機粉体は、嵩比重が0.05〜0.4の粉体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。
- 前記多孔質の無機粉体は、酸化珪素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛と銅との混合物、白艶華の内の一種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は4記載のインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。
- 前記有機高分子は、前記蓄光粒子体100重量部に対して、0.001〜5重量部配合されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。
- 前記多孔質の無機粉体は、前記蓄光粒子体100重量部に対して、0.1〜20重量部配合されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。
- 前記紫外線硬化樹脂は、請求項1記載の蓄光性組成物100重量部に対して、5〜3000重量部混合されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物。
- 溶融した高分子樹脂の溶融液に蓄光顔料を混合することにより蓄光顔料の表面に高分子樹脂の皮膜が被着した蓄光粒子体を作製し、その後、前記溶融液から分離した蓄光粒子体を下記A、Bの物質と共にビヒクルに混合することを特徴とするインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物の製造方法。

B 多孔質の無機粉体 - 脂肪族を除いた有機溶剤に高分子樹脂を溶解し、この溶液に蓄光顔料を混合することにより蓄光顔料の表面に高分子樹脂の皮膜が被着した蓄光粒子体を作製し、その後、前記溶液から分離した蓄光粒子体を下記A、Bの物質と共にビヒクルに混合することを特徴とするインキ及び塗料用の蓄光性組成物の製造方法。
