Description
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1による内燃機関用点火装置の全体構成を示す一部断面図、図2は図1の内燃機関用点火装置のII−II線断面図である。
また、挿入穴33a、33b、34a、34bの穴寸法は、挿入する外部接続端子31a、31b、32a、32bと同一寸法か0.05ミリ程度小さい圧入寸法とすることにより、外部接続端子挿入後の位置精度を確保することができる。
図6はこの発明の実施の形態2による内燃機関用点火装置のコネクタハウジングに外部接続端子を組み付ける前の状態を示す図である。なお、図2に示した制御回路部20とトランス10を接続する接続端子15は図示していない。
図7はこの発明の実施の形態3による内燃機関用点火装置のコネクタハウジングに外部接続端子を組み付ける前の状態を示す図であり、図8はこの発明の実施の形態3による内燃機関用点火装置のコネクタハウジングに外部接続端子を組み付けた後の状態を示す図である。

Claims (6)
- 1次側コイルに流れる1次電流を通電・遮断することにより2次側コイルに高電圧を発生するトランスと、外部からの制御信号を受けて上記1次電流を制御する制御回路部と、上記トランス用の電流を通電する第1の外部接続端子と上記制御回路部用の電流を通電する第2の外部接続端子とを有するコネクタとを備え、
上記第1の外部接続端子及び上記第2の外部接続端子のうち、上記第2の外部接続端子にのみ貴金属コートが形成され、
上記第2の外部接続端子は上記コネクタのハウジングに設けられた挿入穴に挿入されている内燃機関用点火装置。 - 上記第1の外部接続端子は上記コネクタ内の端子配列の外側に配置され、上記第2の外部接続端子は上記コネクタ内の端子配列の中心側に配置された請求項1に記載の内燃機関用点火装置。
- 上記コネクタのハウジングに、上記第1の外部接続端子及び上記第2の外部接続用端子が挿入される挿入穴が設けられ、上記第1の外部接続端子の上記挿入穴と上記第2の外部接続端子の上記挿入穴とを異なる形状にした請求項1又は請求項2に記載の内燃機関用点火装置。
- 上記第2の外部接続端子は成形樹脂により一体化されている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関用点火装置。
- 上記コネクタのハウジングに上記第1の外部接続端子を樹脂で一体成形すると共に、上記コネクタのハウジングに設けた挿入穴に上記第2の外部接続端子を挿入するようにした請求項1又は請求項2に記載の内燃機関用点火装置。
- 上記コネクタのハウジングに上記トランスと上記制御回路部を接続する接続端子を樹脂で一体成形している請求項5に記載の内燃機関用点火装置。
