Description
このような冷媒供給装置では、一般に、冷媒循環ポンプの冷媒吸込み側にリザーブタンクを直列に設け、冷媒循環ポンプへの気泡の混入を防止するとともに、冷媒の温度変化に伴う容積変化を吸収するようにしている。このようなリザーブタンクでは、冷媒の温度低下によって冷媒の体積が減少したときには加圧ガスを導入し、冷媒の温度上昇によって冷媒の体積が増大したときには加圧ガスを抜き出す圧力制御弁や減圧弁等の圧力制御手段が設けられており、冷媒循環ポンプの吸い込み圧力を一定に保つようにしている。
Claims (2)
- 熱媒を送出する循環ポンプと、該循環ポンプから吐出された熱媒を冷却する冷却手段と、該冷却手段から導出した熱媒によって温度制御される反応槽と、該反応槽から導出した熱媒を加熱する加熱手段とを有し、前記熱媒を前記循環ポンプ、冷却手段、反応槽及び加熱手段を経て循環ポンプに循環させる循環経路を備えた熱媒加熱冷却装置であって、前記加熱手段から前記循環ポンプに至るポンプ吸込側経路に、該ポンプ吸込側経路から分岐してリザーブタンクの液相部に接続するリザーブ経路を設け、前記リザーブタンクは、その気相部に連通する蒸気トラップを備え、該蒸気トラップは、熱媒蒸気を冷却して液化させる冷却部と、該冷却部で冷却されて液化した熱媒をリザーブタンクに返送する経路と、該蒸気トラップ内の圧力に応じて蒸気トラップの気相部からガスを放出するガス放出弁とを備えていることを特徴とする熱媒加熱冷却装置。
- 前記リザーブ経路は、前記ポンプ吸込側経路から上方に向かって分岐していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱媒加熱冷却装置。
