Claims (9)
- 電気を伝導しない合成物質層(4)で被覆され、液状又はガス状の媒体、特に燃料を搬送するために自動車内に組み込まれる金属チューブ(1)を、金属の部分、特に自動車のシャシにアースするための方法であって、電気伝導性の良いクリップ(2)が、電気を伝導するように金属チューブ(1)と、また引き続き前記部分と接続されるようにする方法において、
少なくとも部分的に電気伝導性が良いように製造された合成物質から成り、内側に貫通力増大装置(5)を備えるクリップ(2)が、この貫通力増大装置(5)が、合成物質層(4)を経て金属チューブ(1)の外側と接触させられるように金属チューブ(1)に圧着され、かつ合成物質層(4)と物質一体的に溶接されるようにすることを特徴とする方法。 - クリップ(2)が、回転溶接、超音波溶接、振動溶接、及び/又は誘導溶接によって合成物質層(4)と接続されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法を実施するためのクリップにおいて、
貫通力増大装置(5)として1つ又は複数の節及び/又は突起を有する、電気伝導性が良いように製造された合成物質から成る長手方向にスリットの入ったスリーブ(2)から成ることを特徴とするクリップ。 - スリーブ(2)が、180°を越えるチューブ包囲角度を巻き込むように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のクリップ。
- クリップ(2)の合成物質が、金属チューブ(1)を被覆する合成物質と同じ合成物質をベースとして備えることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のクリップ。
- クリップ(2)の合成物質が、金属繊維添加物によって電気を伝導するように製造されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1つに記載のクリップ。
- 金属繊維添加物がスチール繊維から成ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクリップ。
- クリップ(2)の合成物質が、付加的にガラス繊維補強されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか1つに記載のクリップ。
- 節及び/又は突起が、三角形又は台形の横断面を備えることを特徴とする3〜8のいずれか1つに記載のクリップ。
