(本発明の方法及び装置の使用例)
Claims (4)
- 取り外し可能な固体支持体(12)上に置かれた固形、液状もしくは、液体もしくは固体粒子のサンプルに含まれている揮発性化合物を濃縮し、液体中に移動させた後、一種もしくは数種の該揮発性化合物を検出及び/もしくは分析する目的で分析装置に送る為の装置(10)であって、
固体支持体用のホルダー(14)と、
ホルダー(14)を、固体支持体受容位置から、加熱可能板(18)上部の加熱位置に移動させ、また元に戻す為の移動手段(16)と、
可動ハウジング(30)に取り付けられた加熱可能板(18)、ホルダー(14)、固体支持体(12)、固体支持体(12)上部の漏斗(20)及び漏斗(20)内部の上部に位置する低温スポット(22)からなる密閉空間形成集成装置と、
ハウジング(30)内にある、揮発性化合物の蒸発温度に加熱可能板(18)を加熱する為の温度調節機能付き加熱手段(揮発性化合物は蒸発後、低温スポット(22)で凝縮させる)と、
低温スポット(22)を、密閉空間形成集成装置の一部として冷却器(26)の位置から漏斗(20)内部の上部に、そして密閉空間形成集成装置から、凝縮化合物を低温スポット(22)から液体中に移す位置(28)に移動させ、また冷却器(26)の位置に戻す為の移動手段(24)と
を含んでなる装置。 - 取り外し可能な固体支持体(12)がガラス繊維をベースとするフィルターである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 取り外し可能な固体支持体上に置かれた固形、液状もしくは、液体もしくは固体粒子のサンプルに含まれている揮発性化合物を濃縮し、液体中に移動させた後、一種もしくは数種の該揮発性化合物を検出及び/もしくは分析する目的で分析装置に送る為の方法であって、
固体支持体をホルダー上の適切な場所に置く工程と、
ホルダーを加熱可能板上部の所定の位置に移動させる工程と、
ホルダー、可動ハウジングに取り付けられた加熱可能板、固体支持体、固体支持体上部の漏斗及び漏斗内部の上部に位置する低温スポットからなる密閉空間を作る工程と、
加熱可能板を加熱して、固体支持体上のサンプルから揮発性化合物を蒸発させ、低温スポット上でこれらの揮発性化合物を凝縮させる工程と、
凝縮した揮発性化合物が付着している低温スポットを、密閉空間集成装置から、凝縮化合物を低温スポットから液体中に移す位置に移動させる工程と
を含んでなる方法。 - 取り外し可能な固体支持体がガラス繊維をベースとするフィルターである、請求項3に記載の方法。
