Description
Claims (20)
- 1.(a)流れを制限し、これによって、減圧領域の液体の無い領域にポートを 出る圧力をゆっくりと減じる加熱毛細管導管を通して流出流を流し、これによっ て高圧流出流体流を減圧し、 (b)前記減圧領域からの流出流体流を1つの低分子量化合物のための液体溶媒 を入れた液体溶媒領域に通し、 (c)前記1つの低分子量化合物を前記液体溶媒に捕らえる、超臨界流体抽出か らの高圧流出流体流に運ばれる少なくとも1つの低分子量化合物を回収する方法 。
- 2.(d)前記抽出された1つの低分子量化合物を抽出された該化合物分析用検 出器に通す、工程を更に有する請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 3.前記高圧流出流体流か少なくとも第2の低分子量化合物を含にものであり、 (d)第1の低分子量化合物と第2の低分子量化合物とを分離し、(e)前記分 離された化合物を検出する、工程を更に有する請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 4.前記高圧流出流体流が少なくとも1つの高分子量の化合物を含にものであり 、(d)前記ガス減圧領域に接する表面に前記1つの高分子量の化合物を堆積さ せる、工程を更に有する請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 5.(d)回収流の中で前記1つの高分子量の化合物を前記面から取り除き、( e)前記回収流を前記1つの高分子量の化合物の分析のため検出器に通す、工程 を更に有する請求の範囲3に記載の方法。
- 6.前記試料が少なくとも第2の高分子量の化合物を含み、(d)回収流の中で 第1の高分子量の化合物と第2の高分子量の化合物とを前記面から取り除き、 (e)回収流の中の第1の高分子量の化合物と第2の高分子量の化合物とを分離 し、 (f)前記分離した高分子量の化合物を検出器に通す、工程を更に有する請求の 範囲3に記載の方法。
- 7.(a)の工程に先立って、前記1つの化合物を超臨界流体抽出によって試料 から抽出する、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 8.(a)減圧チャンバ装置と、 (b)超臨界流体抽出装置からの流れに一端が連結するようになっており、前記 減圧チャンバ装置に配置された他端に出口ポートを含み、上流の流体圧力を維持 するための流れレストリクタ毛細管チューブ区間を含む導管装置と備え、前記出 口ポートは液体接触が無く、 (c)前記導管装置の少なくとも一部分を加熱するための装置と、(d)前記減 圧チャンバ装置と開放連通する液体溶媒装置と、(e)前記液体溶媒装置内の液 体溶媒と、を備えた超臨界流体抽出からの高圧流出流体流に運ばれる化合物を回 収するための収集装置。
- 9.(f)前記導管装置に連結された超臨界流体チューブ装置、を更に備える請 求の範囲8に記載の収集装置。
- 10.前記第1の導管装置がコイル状にされた区間を有し、前記装置が、熱伝導 ブロックを更に備え、前記コイル状区間が前記熱伝導ブロックに埋められ、前記 ブロックが前記加熱装置と熱的に連通している、請求の範囲8に記載の収集装置 。
- 11.前記減圧チャンバ装置と液体溶媒装置が、夫々、第1の独立容器と第2の 独立容器からなる、請求の範囲8に記載の収集装置。
- 12.前記液体溶媒チャンバ装置が液体溶媒容器からなり、前記減圧チャンバ装 置か、前記液体溶媒容器内に配置されたチューブからなり、前記導管装置の出口 ポートが前記チューブに突出している、請求の範囲8に記載の収集装置。
- 13.前記導管装置の出口ポートか膜を貫通できる形であり、前記減圧チャンバ が入口ポートを含み、前記装置が、前記減圧チャンバ装置の入口ポートを横切っ て着座する膜を備え、前記導管装置が前記減圧チャンバ装置の中に前記膜を通っ て突出するようになっている、請求の範囲8に記載の収集装置。
- 14.外側熱伝導金属チューブに接着された内側石英ガラス毛細管チューブを備 えた複数層チューブを備え、 前記複数層チューブがコイル状区間と複数層チューブを加熱する装置とを含む、 超臨界流体減圧用レストリクタ装置。
- 15.熱伝導ブロックを更に備え、 前記コイル状区間が前記熱伝導ブロックに埋められ、前記熱伝導ブロックか前記 加熱手段と熱的に連通している、請求の範囲14に記載のレストリクタ装置
- 16.前記複数層チューブの上流端に流体連通した超臨界流体抽出装置と組合わ せた、請求の範囲14のレストリクタ装置。
- 17.前記ブロックがウェーハの形である、請求の範囲14に記載のレストリク タ装置。
- 18.前記複数層チューブの下流端か膜を貫通するような形である、請求の範囲 14に記載のレストリクタ装置。
- 19.前記複数層チューブの上流端に連結された超臨界流体抽出装置を更に備え る請求の範囲14に記載のレストリクタ装置。
- 20.前記毛細管チューブは押しつぶしがない、請求の範囲14に記載のレスト リクタ装置。
