Description
駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
該電動機と電力のやり取りが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記電動機を制御する複数の制御モードのうち一つを設定可能な制御モード設定手段と、
該制御モード設定手段により制御モードが変更されていない通常制御状態のときには、前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて第1の変化程度をもって前記電動機により電力の入出力が許容される入出力許容範囲を設定し、前記制御モード設定手段により制御モードの設定が変更された際の非通常制御状態のときには、前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて前記第1の変化程度より大きな第2の変化程度をもって前記入出力許容範囲を設定する入出力許容範囲設定手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
該設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記設定された入出力許容範囲内で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記電動機を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、該電動機と電力のやり取りが可能な蓄電手段と、前記電動機を制御する複数の制御モードのうち一つを設定可能な制御モード設定手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)該制御モード設定手段により制御モードが変更されていない通常制御状態のときには前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて第1の変化程度をもって前記電動機により電力の入出力が許容される入出力許容範囲を設定し、前記制御モード設定手段により制御モードの設定が変更された際の非通常制御状態のときには前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて前記第1の変化程度より大きな第2の変化程度をもって前記入出力許容範囲を設定し、
(b)前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定し、
(c)該設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記設定された入出力許容範囲内で前記電動機を駆動するよう前記電動機を制御する

Claims (12)
- 駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
該電動機と電力のやり取りが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記電動機を制御する複数の制御モードのうち一つを設定可能な制御モード設定手段と、
該制御モード設定手段により制御モードが変更されていない通常制御状態のときには前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて第1の変化程度をもって前記電動機により電力の入出力が許容される入出力許容範囲を設定し、前記制御モード設定手段により制御モードの設定が変更された際の非通常制御状態のときには前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて前記第1の変化程度より大きな第2の変化程度をもって前記入出力許容範囲を設定する入出力許容範囲設定手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
該設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記設定された入出力許容範囲内で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記電動機を制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記入出力許容範囲設定手段は、前記制御モード設定手段により制御モードの設定が変更されてから所定時間を経過するまでを前記非通常制御状態として前記入出力許容範囲を設定する手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御モード設定手段は、正弦波制御モード,過変調制御モード,矩形波制御モードのうち少なくとも一つを含む複数の制御モードから一つを選択して設定する手段である請求項1または2記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記入出力許容範囲設定手段は、前記通常制御状態のときには第1の時定数のなまし処理を用いて前記入出力許容範囲を設定し、前記非通常制御状態のときには前記第1の時定数より小さな第2の時定数のなまし処理を用いて前記入出力許容範囲を設定する手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記入出力許容範囲設定手段は、前記非通常制御状態のときには前記電動機の駆動変化量に基づいて前記第2の変化程度を設定し、該設定された第2の変化程度をもって前記入出力許容範囲を設定する手段である請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記蓄電手段に入出力されている入出力電力を検出する電力検出手段を備え、
前記入出力許容範囲設定手段は、前記蓄電手段の入出力制限と前記検出された入出力電力と前記設定された要求動力から前記電動機に入出力されると想定される想定電力とに基づいて前記入出力許容範囲を設定する手段である

内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記設定された要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の運転ポイントを設定すると共に前記設定された要求動力と前記設定された内燃機関の運転ポイントと前記入出力許容範囲とに基づいて前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機の駆動指令を設定し、前記設定した運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記設定した駆動指令に基づいて前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とが駆動するよう制御する手段であり、
前記入出力許容範囲設定手段は、前記蓄電手段の入出力制限と前記検出された入出力電力と前記設定された駆動指令から想定される前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機により入出力される想定電力とに基づいて前記入出力許容範囲を設定する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちいずれか2軸に入出力した動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力する発電機とを備える手段である請求項8記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸に取り付けられた第1の回転子と前記駆動軸に取り付けられた第2の回転子とを有し、該第1の回転子と該第2の回転子との相対的な回転により回転する対回転子電動機である請求項8記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし10いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる自動車。
- 駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、該電動機と電力のやり取りが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記電動機を制御する複数の制御モードのうち一つを設定可能な制御モード設定手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)該制御モード設定手段により制御モードが変更されていない通常制御状態のときには前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて第1の変化程度をもって前記電動機により電力の入出力が許容される入出力許容範囲を設定し、前記制御モード設定手段により制御モードの設定が変更された際の非通常制御状態のときには前記蓄電手段の入出力制限に基づいて前記第1の変化程度より大きな第2の変化程度をもって前記入出力許容範囲を設定し、
(b)前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定し、
(c)該設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記設定された入出力許容範囲内で前記電動機を駆動するよう前記電動機を制御する
