Description
<請求項1記載の発明>
原料パルプと填料とを主成分として含有する基材紙の表裏面の少なくとも一方の面に接着剤層を有する圧着用紙であって、
前記填料の全部または一部が再生粒子であり、
前記再生粒子は、脱墨フロスを主原料として、少なくとも脱水工程、乾燥工程、焼成工程及び粉砕工程を経て得られる凝集体である、ことを特徴とする圧着用紙。
マイクロトポグラフを用いて24.4kg/cm2加圧下、波長0.5μmで測定される接着剤層表面の波長光学的接触率が8%以上である請求項1に記載の圧着用紙。
本発明は、原料パルプと填料とを主成分として含有する基材紙の表裏面の少なくとも一方の面に接着剤層を有し、前記填料の全部または一部が再生粒子である圧着用紙である。

表1に示す配合比のパルプを原料パルプとするCSF420ccに調整したパルプスラリーに、カチオン系湿潤紙力剤(カチオン性ポリアミド樹脂、商品名:WS4002、星光PMC社製、固形分25%)およびアニオン系乾燥紙力剤(PAM、商品名:ハーマイドEX、ハリマ化成社製、固形分20%)を表1に示す量(原料パルプ・トン(絶乾)に対する量)添加し、この抄紙原料を長網抄紙機にて抄紙して基材紙を得た。なお、抄紙時には、ヘッドボックス原料吐出口(リップ)の開度、抄紙速度に対する抄紙原料吐出量の調整、ワイヤーパートにおけるワイヤーのシェーキング(横揺れ)を行った。また、各基材紙の表裏面には、澱粉を片面あたり1.5g/m2塗布した。さらに、坪量はすべて130g/m2に調整した。基材紙中のパルプ種の割合の測定は、JIS P 8120に基づいて測定した。
天然ゴムラテックス(NR)100重量部とメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)10重量部をグラフト共重合させたグラフト共重合天然ゴムエマルジョン27重量部を、変性澱粉25重量部とシリカ(商品名:カープテックス#80DDSLジャパン)20部を含む分散液45重量部に混合し、バインダー成分としてPVA(クラレ社製)とラテックス10重量部(日本ゼオン製)およびカチオン系湿潤紙力剤(カチオン性ポリアミド樹脂、商品名:WS4002、星光PMC社製)を配合して、これらを室温にて充分に混合し接着剤組成物を得た。なお、各例において用いたPVAのケン化度、重合度および添加率は下記表1中に示す。
基材紙に対して上記接着剤組成物を下記表1に示す塗工量でブレードコーターを用いて10g/m2塗工し、各例にかかる圧着用紙を得た。
基材紙を水に10分間浸漬させた後、JIS P 8135に準拠してMD方向の湿潤引張強度を測定した。
試料を3.0cm角に裁断し、これをTAPPI標準離解機に2%濃度となるように投入した後、3,000rpmで15分間離解した。こうして得られた試料分散液からTAPPI角型シートマシンを用い、米坪量が70g/m2となるように手抄きシートを作製、脱水、乾燥した。目視にて、シート中に未離解物が見られないものを離解性良好、未離解物が残存しているものを離解性不良とした。表1中における評価基準は、◎:シート中に未離解物が全く見られない、○:シート中に未離解物が僅かにしか見られない、×:シート中に未離解物が著しく残存している、をそれぞれ表す。
ビジネスフォーム印刷機(型番:MVF、(株)ミヤコシ製)にて、圧着用紙にUVオフセット1色印刷を行った。印刷速度150m/分で、ジャバラ折り出しによるフォーム印刷加工を実施した。印刷速度150m/分にてフォーム印刷を行った後に、ブランケット上への塗料カス堆積の有無と印刷面を目視にて観察し、以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。表1中において、◎:搬送性、印刷性とも問題が見られない、○:ブランケット上に若干のカス堆積が見られたが、印刷物面上にも印刷不良も発生していない、△:ブランケット上にカス堆積が若干見られ、印刷物上にも若干の汚れが見られる、×:ブランケット上にカス堆積が見られ、さらに印刷物の印面に明瞭に印刷不良が見られる、をそれぞれ示す。
圧着用紙にオフセット印刷を施したのち、接着剤層が向かい合うように3つ折りにして、圧着シーラ(型番:MS−9100、大日本印刷社製)を用い、シーラーギャップ17の条件で圧着処理をしてそれぞれ向かい合った面を加圧接着させた。次いで、圧着用紙を接着された面から剥離し、その状態を以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。湿潤の場合は、前処理として10分間水に浸漬し、水を拭きとった後、同様に試験した。表1中の評価基準は、◎:特に力を要さず、非常に剥離が容易である、○:剥離が容易である、△:少し剥離が重く、剥離しにくい、×:剥離が非常に重く、剥離しにくい、あるいは基材が材破するため、適切に剥離できない、または、軽すぎて意図しない剥離が発生する、をそれぞれ示す。
試験4の後の各例における接着剤層表面の凹凸状態を光学顕微鏡にて観察し、また層表面を手で擦った際のザラツキ状態を調べ、以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。表1中の評価基準は、◎:凹凸がなく平滑で、ザラツキがない、○:凹凸がほとんどなく、ザラツキが僅かである、△:小さな凹凸が数箇所確認され、ザラツキも少しある、×:全体的に凹凸が著しく、ザラツキがあり、接着剤層が著しく破壊されている、をそれぞれ示す。
JIS P 8149に基づいて測定した。
JIS P 8133に記載の「紙、板紙およびパルプ−水抽出液pHの試験方法」に基づいて測定した。
マイクロトポグラフ(商標、東洋精機製作所(株)製)を使用し、24.4kg/cm2、波長0.5μmのときの接着剤層側表面の光学的接触率を測定した。

- 原料パルプと填料とを主成分として含有する基材紙の表裏面の少なくとも一方の面に接着剤層を有する圧着用紙であって、
前記填料の全部または一部が再生粒子であり、
前記再生粒子は、脱墨フロスを主原料として、少なくとも脱水工程、乾燥工程、焼成工程及び粉砕工程を経て得られる凝集体である、ことを特徴とする圧着用紙。 - マイクロトポグラフを用いて24.4kg/cm2加圧下、波長0.5μmで測定される接着剤層側表面の波長光学的接触率が8%以上である請求項1に記載の圧着用紙。
