Description
本実施形態の調湿装置(10)は、除湿した空気を室内へ供給する除湿運転と、加湿した空気を室内へ供給する加湿運転とが可能に構成されている。
本実施形態の空調装置(20)は、冷却した空気を室内へ供給する冷房運転と、加熱した空気を室内へ供給する暖房運転とが可能に構成されている。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の空調システム(1)には、コントローラ(30)、調湿制御部(41)、及び空調制御部(42)が設けられている。
<調湿装置の運転動作>
本実施形態の調湿装置(10)では、除湿運転と加湿運転とが行われる。除湿運転中や加湿運転中の調湿装置(10)は、取り込んだ室外空気(OA)を調湿してから供給空気(SA)として室内へ供給すると同時に、取り込んだ室内空気(RA)を排出空気(EA)として室外へ排出する。つまり、除湿運転中や加湿運転中の調湿装置(10)は、室内の換気を行っている。また、上記調湿装置(10)は、除湿運転中と加湿運転中の何れにおいても、第1動作と第2動作を所定の時間間隔(例えば3分間隔)で交互に繰り返す。
本実施形態の空調装置(20)では、冷房運転と暖房運転とが行われる。
本実施形態の空調システム(1)では、上述した調湿装置(10)の除湿運転又は加湿運転と、上述した空調装置(20)の冷房運転又は暖房運転との組み合わせによって4通りの運転が行われる。具体的に、空調システム(1)では、調湿装置(10)で除湿運転を行うと同時に空調装置(20)で冷房運転を行う「冷房除湿運転」と、調湿装置(10)で除湿運転を行うと同時に空調装置(20)で暖房運転を行う「暖房除湿運転」と、調湿装置(10)で加湿運転を行うと同時に空調装置(20)で冷房運転を行う「冷房加湿運転」と、調湿装置(10)で加湿運転を行うと同時に空調装置(20)で暖房運転を行う「暖房加湿運転」とが切換可能となっている。
上記実施形態によれば、空調装置(20)の目標制御温度となる設定温度Tsにおいて目標相対湿度Rsを満たすように調湿装置(10)の調湿能力を調節するようにしている。ここで、空調装置(20)は、設定温度Tsを制御目標温度としているため、空調装置(20)を立ち上げてからしばらくすると、室内温度は設定温度Tsに到達する。一方、調湿装置(10)は、空調装置(20)の立ち上げ時から、設定温度Tsでの目標相対湿度Rsを満たすように制御されるため、室内の相対湿度を速やかに目標相対湿度に収束させることができる。したがって、この空調システムで、室内の温度と相対湿度とを速やか、かつ快適に維持できる。
上記実施形態では、設定温度Tsや設定相対湿度Rsの入力部をコントローラ(30)に設けているが、この入力部を例えば調湿装置(10)の調湿制御部(41)や、空調装置(20)の空調制御部(42)に設けるようにしてもよい。即ち、調湿制御部(41)と空調制御部(42)との間で設定温度Tsや設定相対湿度Rsを共有できるようにすることで、上記実施形態と同様の温調・調湿運転を行うことができる。
図6に示すように、第1変形例の調湿装置(10)は、冷媒回路(100)と2つの吸着素子(111,112)とを備えている。冷媒回路(100)は、圧縮機(101)と凝縮器(102)と膨張弁(103)と蒸発器(104)が順に接続された閉回路である。冷媒回路(100)で冷媒を循環させると、蒸気圧縮冷凍サイクルが行われる。この冷媒回路(100)は、熱源手段を構成している。第1吸着素子(111)及び第2吸着素子(112)は、ゼオライト等の吸着剤を備えており、それぞれ吸着部材を構成している。また、各吸着素子(111,112)には多数の空気通路が形成されており、この空気通路を通過する際に空気が吸着剤と接触する。
図7に示すように、第2変形例の調湿装置(10)は、調湿ユニット(150)を備えている。この調湿ユニット(150)は、ペルチェ素子(153)と一対の吸着フィン(151,152)とを備えている。吸着フィン(151,152)は、いわゆるヒートシンクの表面にゼオライト等の吸着剤を担持させたものである。この吸着フィン(151,152)は、吸着部材を構成している。ペルチェ素子(153)は、その一方の面に第1吸着フィン(151)が、他方の面に第2吸着フィン(152)がそれぞれ接合されている。ペルチェ素子(153)に直流を流すと、2つの吸着フィン(151,152)の一方が吸熱側になって他方が放熱側になる。このペルチェ素子(153)は、熱源手段を構成している。

Claims (4)
- 除湿又は加湿した空気を室内へ供給して室内の調湿を行う調湿装置(10)と、冷却又は加熱した空気を供給して室内の冷房又は暖房を行う空調装置(20)とを備え、目標温度Tsと目標相対湿度Rsとに基づいて、上記調湿装置(10)で除湿又は加湿した空気と、上記空調装置(20)で冷却又は加熱した空気とを、同一の室内に個別に供給する空調システムであって、
室内の温度が上記目標温度Tsに近づくように空調装置(20)の冷房能力又は暖房能力を調節する空調制御部(42)と、
上記目標温度Tsで上記目標相対湿度Rsとなる絶対湿度を目標絶対湿度Asとして算出する演算部(33)と、
室内の絶対湿度が上記目標絶対湿度Asに近づくように調湿装置(10)の除湿能力又は加湿能力を調節する調湿制御部(41)とを備えていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1において、
ユーザーが上記目標相対湿度Rsを設定相対湿度として入力する入力部(30)を備えていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1において、
ユーザーが上記目標温度Tsを設定温度として入力する入力部(30)と、
上記設定温度に応じて目標相対湿度Rsを自動的に決定する決定部とを備えていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1において、
上記調湿装置(10)は、
空気中の水分を吸着する吸着剤を担持する吸着熱交換器(51,52)が接続されると共に冷凍サイクルを行う冷媒回路(50)を備え、
上記冷媒回路(50)の冷媒で吸着熱交換器(51,52)の吸着剤を加熱し又は冷却して該吸着剤と接触する空気を調湿し、調湿した空気を室内へ供給することで室内の調湿を行うことを特徴とする空調システム。
